I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with the security guy at queen Adelaide building. Not only was he rude and disrespectful, but he also seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. His demeanor was unwelcoming and his tone was condescending. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially in a role where people rely on security personnel for safety and support. I would strongly advise management to reevaluate their hiring practices and provide proper training to ensure that their staff represent the establishment in a positive light. Date 3rd of April at 11:05am. Next time I will call the police and open a report.

There is a hidden rebel and a JB HI-FI in the property and this JB HI-FI is actually less crowded than others due to its mysterious location. However, there are two entrances, one on Queen Street and another one on the Burnett Lane between Queen St. and Adelaide St. Moreover, the lane is actually a nice place to take some photos of.

Do you love escalators and elevators. No, no, no. I mean love love not just love. You do? Great! Because Queen Adelaide Building has so many. Levels. Escalate up. Elevate down. I filmed most of them and rode most. It's a wonderland that M. C. Escher would adore.

Unfortunately because of Covid many shops where closed. But the variety of shops was nice, mainly based on fashion and accessories but the odd food or cafe also. When all is open again it is a pleasant walk and some luxury items to either peruse or buy. It reminds me a little of the subway shops in Kiev Ukraine but with fresh air and friendly people. I wander through a few times a year to see what stores have changed. Always pleasant and makes the middle class person seem that bit richer even if you do not...

Always enjoyed the train travel to the city and welcome sharing this joy with grandchildren these days. The inner city of Brisbane has matured and emerged from being a quieter major city to a city of vibrancy, choices and delights. The Queen Adelaide building has a plethora of shops, the design and openness make it definitely a drop in either as a tourist, city shopper or a quick...
