I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with the security guy at queen Adelaide building. Not only was he rude and disrespectful, but he also seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. His demeanor was unwelcoming and his tone was condescending. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially in a role where people rely on security personnel for safety and support.
