Great location on Paradise Island within walking distance from the bridge that connects to Nassau. This is not a luxury hotel, but instead a great value where you will have difficulty finding things to complain about. The cafeteria style dining hall is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a great selection. There are three sit-down restaurants that you need to make reservations for (Italian, steak and seafood, Asian). There is also a grill by the pool for the afternoons when the dining hall is closed that serves great wings along with burgers and pizza. Is the food the best you've ever eaten? Of course not. Are some things absolutely delicious? Yes! Are some things bland and not as good? Sure. It is absolutely perfect for what it is: all inclusive all you can eat food in a tropical paradise. If you can't find food you enjoy here, the problem isn't with the food. As for the rooms, I can only speak to the cheapest option they had. The rooms are basic. Again, not luxury, but the room service was fantastic: clean towels daily and clean linens by request. Room was tidied and cleaned everyday when we returned . The pool itself is wonderful. It's beautiful and big and in March, not a bunch of people in it. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and the water was warm. There's a hot tub with no bubbles and a jacuzzi with bubbles if the pool's not warm enough for you. There's also a beach in what they call the lagoon. It's protected by netting and rocks from the main channel to minimize fish, debris and waves in the swimming area. Again, lots of chairs, less umbrellas, but there are also hammocks and a beach volleyball net and horseshoe pits in the sand amongst the palm trees. There is an outdoor bar and an indoor bar (all included). I don't drink, but the virgin mojitos were made from scratch and delicious. There is a ping pong table, a pool table, a giant Jenga game, and a Pac-Man arcade game with about 12 games on it all for free for guests to use on a first come first serve basis. There is a function room where you can catch live music or karaoke or some other event in the evening, and a gift shop and spa ($$$). There is a shuttle to *Cabbage Beach* 5 minutes away that runs from 10:45 am to 4:00 pm. You cannot beat this beach for its beauty and expansiveness and lack of crowds. I was absolutely amazed by it. Weekdays are better because they drop you off further east at a private section. Weekends, they drop you at the public access location where there are many hawkers trying to make a buck renting or selling you things, so between them and the crowd of other tourists at this location it's not as great on the weekends, but you can always walk away from the crowds (bring a blanket!) The two things I was really impressed with at the Warwick are the staff and the fact that they're always seems to be something going on. The staff are very kind. Sure you'll see the occasional grumpy bartender (who wouldn't be grumpy dealing with drunk 20-year-olds for hours on end at an all-you-can drink bar?) But in general the staff genuinely seem to care that you have a pleasant experience. I don't know if it is a cultural difference with the Bahamas, but in the States you would be very hard pressed to find a place where the staff is almost always pleasant and smiling and accommodating and helpful and never once rolls their eyes or acts bothered or irritated by the guests. As far as the activities go, aside from events in the function room, each day in various locations you will also find other activities and entertainment. Yoga on the covered dock three times a week, a steel drummer poolside in the afternoon, bicycle tours, live music in the lobby, a traditional Bahamian dancing and horn troupe that parades through the lobby, egg toss and hula hoop contests, to name a few. Drinking age is 18 here so I'd recommend avoiding spring break week unless that's your scene. Luckily we only caught the tail end of it for a couple days and the rest of our stay was more age-appropriate for us. Would highly recommend The Warwick!

We stayed at here for 6 nights. We also got married here during this visit. The hotel provided beautiful flowers for the ceremony and after dinner that evening they had left some rose petals, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. Also had a congratulations banner hung up. We ate at all the restaurants you had to make reservations at as well as the buffet and Chickcharnie's. The Mahi Mahi at Edgewater grill was amazing & the steak was better than the one in the buffet but not the best i've ever had either. The buffet for all meals had a large variety of foods. Debbie in guest services was amazing and helped us book our meals throughout the stay. Jamal & Akeem were the best bartenders and super friendly. The lobby bar doesn't open till 6 pm but the outside bar opens at 10am. Remo & Bullet were involved in entertainment including bike tours, bingo, water balloon toss and much more. They both were fantastic and keeping people motivated. They had sip and paint, karaoke, live music, dj's and many more activities on different days. Taranika at Chickcharnie's was friendly and helpful. Neko and Ian at the buffet inside were also fantastic, super fast & friendly. Dwight was our server at Tings on a stick & Abbicco Also fast & friendly. Ian and Alice were the witnesses the hotel provided for the ceremony. Alice didn't really seem like she wanted to be part of this at one point she said how am i even involved in this as if nobody told her what her role was. Ian however was amazing, he stayed with us afterwards and talked awhile, he was outgoing and seemed excited to be there. The spa we didn't use we did try to book an appointment however the customer service is lacking. There was a warmer pool and a cold one. There is a small beach area here but a free shuttle to cabbage beach which isn't far and much more beautiful. Afarier from sales came down after the ceremony and seemed friendly and said if we needed anything more to contact her. Imani was the one who was helping us from the sales team prior to the day but i feel the sales team could be more hands on. We were supposed to have rides scheduled for us to go to get the wedding license but they had forgotten this and we had to wait for them to figure out what to do which ended up putting us in a cab which they covered the cost of but we were late to the appointment as the ride wasn't pre scheduled. We were asked several times what colors we wanted for flowers and what music, i feel they were not fully reading the answers to the emails or they would have seen our picks in every one. There was Also a person named Savannah in training at the front desk had a crabby face always, never smiled once and wasn't at all helpful. Other than that the rest of the employees were amazing and super helpful & friendly. The premium rooms come with 1 can of each pop they offer, a few mini bottles of wine, 2 cans of beer 4 bottles of water and depending on who does the room anywhere from 4 to 6 mini bags of chips. also has coffee/tea. They come in you room multiple times during day as the maid cleans the room & someone comes later to give you drinks & snacks sometimes. The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable with hairs on the floor and shower. They have no conditioner as well nor a soap dish for the soap. Overall the stay was pretty good and the wedding was beautiful. We would stay here again in the future.

I just got back from a 8 day trip to the Bahamas with two of my buddies. We stayed at Warwick Hotel on Paradise Island. Overall I rate this hotel a 4/5 stars. The check in process was simple and everyone at the front desk is extremely nice. The rooms: 3.5/5 When we got up to our room (the three of us shared one room) it was a nice, clean room. The only issue was that there was only 1 bath towel and 1 small hand towel for 3 men. That continued to happen all week. Every time they cleaned our room they would only leave one towel. Then it was like pulling teeth to get them to give us 2 more. Then one day we tipped them $40 and for the next two days we got 3 towels and then it went back to one. If you have more than 2 people in your party, get a second room. The food: 4/5 After we checked in we went to the buffet for dinner and it was great. Each restaurant on the property had lots of food options. The only issue with each place was the service. Some waiters/waitresses were better than others. Sometimes we’d have to wait 15-20 minutes to get our water glasses filled then sometimes they would fill them instantly. We did usually tip after every meal unless the service just took way too long. I personally really liked the outdoor food service bar because you can really go up as many times as you want and bring it pool side with you. Also ask for Jackie when you go to the buffet. Best server we had all trip! The Bars: 4/5 The main one near the entrance of the hotel was great. The bartenders were always great and super friendly. It was always super lively at night and they were always playing some sort of sports game on the TVs there. Then there was a second outdoor bar right on the beach and they were always super kind there as well. Servers also walked around the pool and beach area to take drink orders for you instead of having to get up to go to the bar. The pool/ocean: 4/5 Overall the pool and man made ocean front was super nice. The pool was always clean and it was huge. We were able to get chairs each day we were out there. I would say if you were looking for an actual beach side hotel this isn’t the place. It’s man made and it’s in the marina. So if you’re looking for the beautiful blue ocean front hotel, go somewhere else. Atmosphere: 4/5 I think the atmosphere was pretty good. It was mostly older couples in their 40s,50s,60s so there really wasn’t people our age (23) staying here. It is adult only so that’s great but I don’t think I’d come back here with 2 of my buddies. To me it’s more of a couples/honeymoon hotel. I would come back with my girlfriend one day though. Location: 5/5 The location is great. It’s a 7-10 minute walk to Atlantis which has lots to do. It’s also about a 20 minute walk to cabbage beach (I highly recommend) or Warwick has a shuttle that takes you there. Then it is also a 5-7 minute walk to the water taxi area. It’s where most of the water excursions go out of so it’s super convenient. There is also a taxi service across the street that can take you anywhere you want. It seemed like most taxis were $25 so not too bad. The hotel is maybe a 15 minute drive to the cruise terminal and where all the shopping is on the main land Nassau. Overall: 4/5 Overall it was a good hotel. It had its flaws but I think it was mostly a staff issue. The food and drinks were good and for it being all inclusive it was great.

This hotel is a 3.5 but occasionally I felt it deserved 4 stars. I feel like everything is hit or miss. Check in was great, the bell hop took our bags and handed us drinks and the woman at the front desk was very nice and funny. My room wasn’t super clean nor was it nice. We also had a shit view, definitely pay for the nice view. My friends got a balcony room and it was so much nicer. It comes with a stocked mini bar, the beds are wayyyyy softer and the room is cleaner. Overall, the staff is just okay. Some seem like they’d rather do literally anything else in the world than be there and others are polite. I only met 2 staff at the resort that were what you’d expect at an island resort which is fun, outgoing, friendly, and happy. This was a bartender at the pool and the activities coordinator who ran jeopardy & karaoke. The concierge is a waste of time. I requested reservations for the restaurants before arriving and when I went to the concierge she said she never got my requests. No biggie, I made the reservations with her. The next day she says I never made reservations despite me having the paper slip with my reservations on it so I had to make all new reservations. Also she gave me the incorrect dinner menus for the week & all of the activity dates were incorrect. Everything I received was from the prior week and all of the TV screens still had the programming from the prior week running on them. The food is pretty decent but some stuff is definitely better than others. Abbiocco is probably the best restaurant followed by Edgewater. The buffet is always solid too. Of course the drinks are strong and delicious. The hotel itself needs to be kept better too. Outside by the pool there is a sign that has the complete wrong directions on it. It’s pointing to bathrooms & the snack bar but the opposite ways of the where they are. It’s a really simple fix to just take the sign down. Also the hot tub filter box whistles very loudly which disturbs the vibe of laying out by the pool. One of the hot tubs had no jets during our entire stay and the pool was ICE cold. I’ve never been to a resort without a heated pool. The water could have been cleaner but that didn’t stop me. The private beach is very tiny but I thought it was fine since it’s not on the ocean. During the day the vibes here are very mellow and relaxing. Come night time though this place gets pretty crazy. Everyone is wasted and the activities coordinators lose total control of what everyone’s doing. There’s also police that walk around inside the lobby area. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. It was fine and I had fun but this place needs some serious improvement. I know it must be hard tho on a small island where thousands of people work at the mega resorts which leaves the other resorts with a small pool of people. I think you’d like this place if you’re really into drinking and sitting by a pool.

- Concierge called a taxi for us and they took us to the wrong location- the price was negotiated prior to departure however upon return to the hotel THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE US an additional $20 from the first ride. Taxi drivers also lied and stated that the club we wanted to go to was “closed down”, however later that night we found out it is very much still open. - Told front desk I lost my sunglasses and they did nothing to follow up and look for it as they have cameras everywhere. After speaking with several managers and even providing a picture and other details regarding the time and place, it was evident that information was not relayed throughout the span of the day. - We were made aware upon check in that we need to make a reservation for our meals. TThe edgewater grill restaurant was booked up/closed for our entire stay. They did nothing to help us. They said they had the other 2 restaurants but only available at 9PM which is crazy. We ended up eating at the buffet since it was faster. The first night we ate at the Italian restaurant at 9PM and it took a long time for someone to come and take our drink order and then meal order. - There is no club in the resort. There is simply a room that is used for events with lights, attached to the bar and a small dance floor. If you want to dance go to Aura at the Atlantis from Thursday to Sunday. - The website shows you’re by the beach but don’t be fooled by the photos you see online. It’s all fake. There are cruise ships/boats all docked there. (Provided photos of the actual view) You’re better off going to cabbage beach which they provide shuttles for. - On arrival there was a shortage of linens which was replaced hours later - An alarm sounded at 6AM that stated “There has been an alert in your area, standby for further instructions.” It was repeated approximately twice and even hours later there was no follow up or mention of an event that had occurred. No check up or additional announcements to follow up. - WALLS ARE THIN - YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING - the daily activities are not worth it. You pay $20pp for activities that are basically freee (guess that tune, karaoke, couples challenge). Btw the prizes are ashhhh trays/see through shirts - The elevator makes a weird noise and literally will close on you - Paid for island view and got a view of the roof (photo attached).

My husband and I spent 4 days and 3 nights at Warwick Resorts for our 41st Anniversary and it was one of the best not just because of it being all-exclusive adults only resort but very relaxing. The service was on point they catered to our every need from the moment we arrived until the day we didn't want to leave. Upon our arrival we were welcome with a cool beverage of lemonade from a member of the staff as we waited to check in, which did not take long. Once we were checked in we headed to our room and was amazed at the size of the room, it had everything we needed with one exception "wash clothes" which was not a problem the maid quickly brought them and everyday after they made sure we had enough. When it came to the amenities they have everything possible from a large pool, hot tubs and games around the property like life size chess, pool tables, Jenga, table tennis, arcade machine and games they offer throughout the day with great host to make sure everyone had a great time. The food was the best they offered everything you can imagine and will offer to make something you want, the buffet had desserts, salads, fruit, and a great selection every day. Now a couple of the restaurant's required reservations which was great being they were not equipped to accommodate a large group of people at a given time, my only problem was being seated outside trying to eat and squatting flies and dodging birds was not romantic but the waitress brought over a candle which we were able to savor the moment toasting with champagne made it unforgettable. The hostesses and waiters/waitresses were easy to talk with and very helpful if you have questions, just ask they will gladly give recommendations of what to try with is not wrong. When a resort says "all-exclusive" for adults Warwick really means it, we love our children who are grown but it was great to be around all adults and not have to lookout for children everywhere and not having to censor what you say and do, which we seem to have forgotten are adults but were all very respectful of one another. This was truly a vacation that may become a tradition for future anniversaries or when we just want to get away. Not sure what I can mention as far a names or membership but please do your research and you will agree Warwick Paradise Island is a prefect choice for a couple (s) getaway.
