Teichert Gallery — Attraction in Halifax

Beyond AGN, this is my favorite gallery in Halifax. They always have a great selection of pieces, knowledgeable staff and a lovely set up of pulling piece displays for viewing manually. It is fun, this one-one-one experience of viewing. The staff discreetly hover in the background but are ready to help whenever you need it. The selection ranges from purely decorative to serious; the prices reflect the quality. The option to rent is brilliant: that way, one can really assess whether one is ready to cohabit with a particular piece.
