So we were staying at a beautiful AirBnB nearby in a quaint village on a beautiful river, and by bride and i decided that we should go to the fancy Mount Tremblant. We aren't skiers and we try not to go were its too touristy. This is tourist mountain, we shopped and found cool items and then realized there were 3 times the price, but I digress. We decided to have a nibble on a nice patio (there are a million) and settled on the reasonably priced (compared to others around) price list. Nachos and a beer and a water. My wife wasn't sure what she wanted at first and said she would continue to look at the menu for a drink, but the too cool for school waitress never asked her or came to our table again, we likely woulda had another round. The Nachos were ok, nothing incredible. Lucky the front row seat to some world class people watching took our minds off being ignored in an empty restaurant.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Fat Mardi’s After a morning hike, my friend and I stopped by Fat Mardi’s to refuel and chill. I ordered the garlic burger—just a classic, nothing special. Ended up turning it into a poutine for a little extra, which was decent but not mind-blowing. Also grabbed an alcoholic drink (daiquiri) to cool off. 🍔🍟🍹 Service was good no complaints there. Staff were friendly and everything came out in decent time. 👌🏽 The biggest downside? The value. The total came out to $54 for just one meal and a drink. For the quality and portion, it just didn’t feel worth the price. 💸 Overall, it was fine for a one-time visit, but probably wouldn’t rush back.

Went in asking for a table of over 15. Was great that they were able to accommodate without reservation although I wouldn't recommend doing it, we were lucky. I got the fish n chips and they were good, however I want a fan of the tartare sauce. My bf got the chicken pot pie, he thought it was bland but I thought it was good. We also shared the brie appetizer, was good but wish there was something sweet added like a jam. oh and service was great, our waitress was so sweet, especially when she changed our table after finding out we had young kids.

We were standing in the rain (note, it was already raining) for a table for a good 20 minutes. There were 2 other parties ahead of us who were still being seated. A party of 2. There was a party of 5 behind us but somehow they got seated ahead of us. After these people were seated we thought they might find us some seats. We had already left a prior line to a restaurant to come to this one because the line was shorter because of the rain. We were literally hiding under the umbrella at fat Mardi for a good 20 minutes. After the people ahead of us were seated, the manager or the owner (I'm guessing it was someone high up because he had the gall to talk to me rudely). In any case, he asked us how many we had in our party. I said 9.he said he couldn't accommodate us. At this point, I was so upset that we had been waiting in the rain for 20 minutes that I said in French "why didn't you tell us earlier? We were waiting in the rain for all this me and no one came to tell us that we wouldn't be seated" To this, the man said," how dare you raise your voice to me? I don't decide what happens in the weather..." I agree but someone should have told us during the rain that they were not going to take us. I was quite taken aback that he said I was raising my voice at him. I even said sorry but anyway, as I kept thinking, I had to write this review because I don't think this whole fiasco was my fault and I think the manager was a bit too rude to me and unprofessional. Now that I am eating at pizzateria I am having sick a great time with my family as d the food is great and the service is even better. I do not recommend anyone ever eating at Mardi fat and I hope nobody ever gets to meet the manager...

We had a table 4 adults a baby and 4yr old. 3 of us ordered poutine and my son ordered a kids meal because it came with a dessert. This is the ONLY reason he ordered this meal. Once my son was done with his main, we asked for his dessert. The waitress told us that they had been busy the day before and there is no more dessert for them to give. I asked if we would get a discount then since we weren't informed of this when we placed the order. She rudely said no. So I said well you should have told us before we ordered then or we wouldn't have picked this item, my son only picked it because it came with a dessert. She argued with me then proceeded to tell me its ok. And I replied no its not okay, its poor customer service, as well as false advertising. And she then raised her voice and leaned in at me and said IT IS OKAY! um excuse you, no its absolutely not okay! I didnt want to make more of a scene in front of my son so i left it . We get the bill and are forced to pay a tip. No wonder why she can be rude to customers and provide such inadequate customer service, because they get a tip regardless.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Regardless of how the food tasted, I prefer to support companies and businesses who have respectful staff and accommodate their mistakes especially when they let a customer buy a product/item without informing the customer they will not receive the full items they paid for. Completely unexpectable.

We will avoid this restaurant and let our friends and family know to avoid this place when we visit in the future. Travel here from Ottawa multiple...

We originally looked at the menu outside and decided that we'd go eat. Because we were 5 they asked  we sit at different tables which I found extremely strange... ( 2 adults 3 kids)the tables weren't far away from each other but they couldn't stick them together. Once we sat, within 4 min the waitress came and asked what we wanted...I gave her a confused look as the hostess never mention having to scan the QR code for the menu on the table which wasn't visible and under the cutlery basket. The waitress Informed me they do not offer paper menus ( the 6 other restaurants we went to during our stay all offered at least 2 paper menus for 5 people with the option of the electronic menu on your mobile) forward to me scanning the QR code the menu was nothing like the one outside and no kids menu available. Very dissapointing and prices seemed extremely high for what was being served. We left without ordering and went to an other restaurant close by who accomodated...
