Adventure City — Attraction in Niagara Falls

This place is only for white people. The supervisor on duty was extremely rude and racist. I did make a mistake and didn’t realize that a lady was ahead of me as it was very unorganized there were 4 -5 employees standing and only 3 had people in front looking for toys taking their time to decide instead of asking the next person if they decided and know what there points are they were just standing and chatting with each other. I admit that I was distracted with my two little ones hanging off of me and I told her that but she started calling me a liar and was extremely rude and she also kept staring at me and kept calling me a liar. Her behaviour was extremely degrading. I told her you need to improve in customer service and she said she couldn’t care less about what I say. I ended up leaving because of her behaviour and didn’t get anything for my kids even though I spent quite a bit of money on cards. I know where I would never go back to and I hope this place stops hiring racist people especially in a supervisor position. I would give these people -0 stars the supervisor name juddy does not know how to deal with customers. She got all overwhelmed when she saw our big crowd of friends coming and didnt know how to handle a big crowd! We asked them if we can get extra 2 mins and we are willing to pay extra for that! Instead of letting us know she started getting angry and said she’ll call security! This is how these bumper car staff deals with customers! They need to learn still how to deal with customers requests. Not sure how shes a supervisor when she gets all anxious 😬 with customers! I would call this a racial moment! Difficult to rate right. Quite a few games were out of order. The other one was broken after it took the credits off the cards (no balls came out) , had to wait in line for quite a while in order to get this problem solved for the kids. Finally got to the front and a young man came with us to see what the issue was. Added credit to the machine ok should work now and left. -surprise still no balls So I went back to tell him again, told me you just need to press the button -oh really??? Guess what we did? After that I send my husband to solve it and finally a technician came to fix it.

What a lie customer service.

Some other guests were also quite ignorant which also took some fun out of it.
