SEPHORA — Attraction in Regina

Swarming with 21yr olds working in there, I got asked 5 times in 5 mins can I help you but they spend 1 min then walk away. Too much merch, too much visual confusion, signs on wall dont match product collection on shelf when you walk over. The perfume smell is sickeningly overwhelming. 20 mins later outside and I'm still tasting it and nauseous. There were 5 empty chairs at the counter at front of store and I asked to sit for a sec from dizziness and they said the chairs were only for staff. OK, handed the basket with $80 purchases was gonna buy over to the staff member to put back, went to sit in car and let the teenagers go nuts playing with samples and not buy anything cause now the bank of mom has left the building. Not enjoyable, not accommodating to diverse audiences and ppl with disabilities, will order online direct from product websites next time and skip the in person Sephora middle-woman...

the workers have always been sweet except for today. this girl named jess did not even try to hide her racism and bias, its ridiculous. she was sweet to others but when a person of color like me came to the counter and was paying, i asked if i could use my points to which she made a face and said no, i decided to ignore the rude behavior and continued to pay. my friend got a free bag for her purchase over $75 and mine was over $200 so i was like oh i didn't get one which this other worker heard and asked jess why i hadn't gotten one to which she made a disgusted face and shrugged, no apologies, no nothing. she made her racism clear by the way she was treating me as compared to others, plus she was also seen constantly touching her bra on the checkout area, ew??? come on, its 2024, hire better works and not entitled...

Front girl who helped me was amazing she asked my question about a perfume I was curious about and got me a mini size since normal size was out of stock. Heavier set women working the till made the experience at this store extremely uncomfortable and ugly. I could feel her starring at me as I head heading to check out. I was also having issue with my card and she was laughing Sarcastically as if my card didn’t have any money on it it kept declining and seemed annoyed I wanted to keep trying (I was having issues with the chip in my bank card) so I used my Apple Pay and It finally worked. Asked her about my birthday gift as I didn’t pick mine up and she again brushed it off or couldn’t answer my question. Rude lady needs to find another job more fitted to...
