I had an amazing experience working with Cam Whalen from IQ PARTNERS Inc. a few months ago. It was my first time being recruited. When cam reached out to me on LinkedIn, I initially thought I was being scammed. After meeting with Cam, he went over the position in a clear and accessible way. Even though I had negative self-talk, Cam was supportive and encouraging. After my second interview, I had some family matters that prompted me to think about withdrawing from the interview process. I was able to resume my interviews once my family matters were addressed. With cam's support, I did not even know that would have been possible.

Cam always kept me informed throughout the process and even supported an independent project I was working on. I believe Cam loves his role as a recruiter and enjoys helping those he works with. I am impressed with his work ethic and how genuine he came across to me. The funny this is I do not believe my experience working with Cam is unique.
