Great hotel on “The Stroll”. Only a few feet to the lifts and mins to walk to the other end for more food and drinks! Wish we could stay longer but the prices were too high during peak days. A lot cheaper when you arrive Sunday and leave Tuesday. Great underground parking and lots of spots to plug in your EV! There are only 3 areas were you can plug into a regular 120v outlet (hidden behind the posts one of them being between stall 84 and 83. But plenty of the Nema outlets when you drive in to the right. Kitchen was great to have when you’re on a budget and have a little one. Needs a bit more spatulas, pans for the oven, etc. But over all they have most of what you need to make a meal. Thank goodness we brought our own specific kitchen wear. Make sure to bring paper towels, wash sponge, aluminum foil, cellophane, and Tupperware. They supplied us with 6 Finish tabs for the dish washer and dish detergent. You don’t need to bring water or buy any because they have a filtered water system filling station beside the ice maker in the hallway. Super convenient! Wish we knew because we wouldn’t have brought our own filtered water. Lots of areas to plug you devices and some areas they just need a usb plug no adapter to the wall outlet.

Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.

Didn’t get a chance to see the sauna or the pool and hot tub.

Price: It’s only worth going when it’s the slow season or beginning of the week. Location/Amenities: Location sold us on the place and the Amenities we didn’t get to use. Too cold to use the pool or hot tub because they’re outside and the sauna we did not use either. They do have a filtered water filling station right beside the ice maker in the hallway. Room: Great room with lots of space for the 3 of us. Kitchen and living room were so handy for us. Bathroom was great with a big tub to bathe our baby and a stand up shower. Balcony connected both the room and living room. Service/People: Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. Did not have our room cleaned while we stayed the 2 nights, but the room looked clean...

The hotel was in a great location, and I was very satisfied with the facilities.

I drove to the hotel and arrived at 7 p.m. There were 5-6 parking spots in front of the hotel, but they were all occupied, so I parked temporarily in a 15min parking zone to check in.

During check-in, I inquired about parking. Since it was my first time staying in Whistler, I wanted to know if I needed to register for parking, if the hotel had its own parking lot, or what options I had if parking wasn't available at the hotel.

The staff member suggested valet parking. She explained that there was no free parking available and that valet parking was the only option if I wanted to park my car while staying there. She further tried to convince me by saying that public parking lots were very far away and would still require payment, so I should use valet parking. On the check-in form, there was a section to opt for valet parking, and she insisted I check that box.

When she doing with her computer, I looked up parking options in Whistler on my phone. Here's what I found about the public parking lots:

The public parking lots were not that far away. The Whistler Conference Center's public parking lot was less than a five-minute walk.

When I arrived, the public parking was free. I believe it was free from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m.

Despite arriving after 7 p.m. and being able to park for free, the staff misled me into thinking I would have to pay to use the public parking lot and strongly encouraged me to use the valet service. She even asked if I would need valet service four or five times.

I don't know how much she benefits from customers using valet parking. Was she suggesting it while withholding other information to provide good service? I...

We got an amazing deal on this place during Spring Break and had been several years earlier as well. It's conveniently located in the south village near the ski lifts. There are lots of restaurants and shops attached to or nearby the hotel. You can hit the Starbucks or a couple of restaurants without leaving the hotel. It is an older place, but well maintained and updated. The rooms are nice, with a mini fridge and a selection of over-priced snacks and drinks for purchase. The hotel follows strict COVID protocols, so there was no daily housekeeping. But, you can call and have whatever you need delivered, and leave garbage or other items outside the door for pickup. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, for 30-minute reservations (max 5 people). Gym is booked one party at a time, for 45 minute reservations and was generally available as demand was low. Sauna was closed due to COVID. Limited free channels with $25 movies available to rent was not ideal and there were small maintenance issues like a bathroom door and min-fridge door that both took a lot of work to shut properly (trouble staying closed). There was also one incident where hot water for a bath came out yellow, although that was temporary. Beds were a bit firm and pillows a bit thick for my taste but that is personal preference. One reason we booked here is that they are VERY dog friendly. No extra charge for the dog and there is a blanket, towel, food and water bowls and a couple of welcome treats for the pooch. Also, there is filtered water available in the ice room on each floor if you don't trust the tap water. Overall, it was a very good experience and...

Had a fantastic stay here. We had a two bedroom loft suite that was so unbelievably spacious and impeccably clean. Would definitely recommend to anybody paying whistler a visit.
