I can't say enough of how great these guys are! I was visiting Whistler for a week from park city, Utah. My rear break needed to be bleed on my YT it stopped working entirely after I swapped my break pads after afew days of riding Whistler, it was 9:40AM in the morning I was walking around to all the evo shops and afew others panicking with not many days to ride left, wanting to ride that whole day and all the other shops sent me away, they were booked and the evo backcountry shop was so rude to me! I was getting discouraged than I saw this shop right by fitz lift the main guy Welcomed me in with a smile and listened to me and the mechanic Jim said Yeah we can get that bleed for you in 15 minutes! I was beyond relieved and so happy, they called me 20 minutes later with my break feeling like new and the mechanic Jim evan noticed my about blown Rear Coil Shock! My bike park day had been cut short when my rear wheel had lost a number of spokes, after walking to a few different bike shops I ended up at Black Diamond. The mechanic came out and told me it looked like they could just replace the spokes. It was great to not have the pressure of an upsell as was the case with some other shops. The team was able to work my bike into their schedule and had it turned around in 24 hours to allow me to ride later that weekend which was greatly appreciated. When I went to pickup my bike the worker who was ringing me up took the time to explain why my spokes had broken. They suggested that I bring it back in a few rides or at least keep an eye out for loose spokes to prevent further spokes from blowing out as the wheel get worked in. It's refreshing to have such a positive experience with a bike shop and look forward to supporting this business...

I was blown away by my experience at Black Diamond Bike Rentals. My personal downhill bike broke so I needed a rental bike and the staff could not have been better. I was in a rush and they went the extra mile to give me fast and fantastic customer service and got me on the mountain in no time.

Their bikes are also better quality than the rental bikes at most stores and their prices are better as well! Also, a lot of stores say to bring the bike back for 4:45pm so you miss last lap but these guys said see you at 5:15pm! That makes a real difference because everyone should be able to enjoy the last lap of the day.

The staff I dealt with, Leanne and Chris (hopefully I remembered their names correctly!) honestly made my day with their great attitude and fantastic customer service. Thank you both. I recommend this business in the strongest...
