Gallery Emanuel Vidovic — Attraction in Grad Split

My rating is mostly for the place itself, not for the art which it contains, as the exhibition was really nice and Vidovic was a really outstanding painter. However the place was really badly lit, it was really hard to see 80% of his works, honestly never seen this bad lighting in a galery ever. I beg you to give more light for this masterpieces. Besides this the painter itself was really interesting with some really good pieces and it was quite well made a film about his life as well which gave some background knowledge about him. Also would like to note that the entry fee was only 5 euro, so definitely worth to check it even with the current lighting conditions. I'm just hoping that the owner maybe will read this and will make some upgrade after a 2...

I would pay a visit if being near Deocletian Palace. Nice museum presenting mostly the work of Croatian artist - Emanuel Vidovic , but what I was more fond of was the temporary exhibition.
