My experience with La Gulle du Midi tickets was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a ticket with an assigned hour, with a 20-minute margin of error. However, I was forced to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes to board, as I had prior commitments. But that wasn't the worst part. When it came time to descend, I wasn't allowed to disembark in the assigned carriage and was made to wait for another 6 carriages before being allowed to exit. Even after purchasing additional tickets from individuals for the descent, the process management was extremely poor. At the Les Praz ticket office, the woman there flat-out refused to issue one, claiming my child couldn’t access any attractions due to age restrictions. This turned out to be incorrect.
After emailing the main office, I was informed that there are attractions available for children. So, I returned to try again. This time, the staff member was similarly unhelpful — she gave no explanation and simply told me to go to the ticket office at the attraction itself, even though we needed to take a train to get there. She showed no willingness to explain anything or assist properly.

The hike is great, snow storms and cloudy weather at times. If it’s snow storms, you can not go across the passage way between the lift and the building.
One restaurant and one cafe! Prices are 5euro-15euro form pastries, coffee, beer (drinks around 3-8euros) and food/pastries are 6+.
Also advice the ticketer with the amazing hair gave us was gelling our hair with Aloe Vera first then hair product to keep it set and healthy. Go up the elevator to the ace soon and the void first because IT GETS BUSY. Usually a line.
