Fitness First Hamburg - Stephansplatz — Attraction in Hamburg

I had experienced multiple times naked men on the pool area showering in the open space (not in their showers as they should) or even chilling in the lounge by the pool. I just reported a man showing up in the women’s area while I’m showering as last week I had reported 3 guys showing up into the women’s area again while I was showering. In complete shock and embarrassment I told them both times aggressively that it's not allowed to be here. The first time I even told them multiple times. I had reported every single incident to the gym‘s trainers (99% men btw) and nothing ever happened. They didn’t even show any compassion and some even tried to excuse all the men behaving that way. I thought it’s widely known that you’re not allowed to be naked showing off or showering in the public spaces as well as it is not allowed for men to show up in the women’s showers. Really unacceptable gym without any safety or measures to protect women (in those cases). I haven’t ever seen any women naked or showering naked by the pool. Nor I have ever seen women walking into the men’s showers. So let’s think about that. Btw I am only one person and had so many experiences. I cannot imagine what other reports women had or are having and no one seems to care or act about it. While I was reporting the shower incident last week a woman was there behind me and showed her support to me after listening to what happened and told me „i understand you and you’re so right. That’s the reason I have stopped going into the sauna area or in the showers.“ (This is not something women should be doing. They should feel safe at least in their gym). Thank you fitness first. Hello everyone! After about 3 months of training at Fitness First, I've decided to leave some feedback, which I hope someone will consider.

First of all I would like to congratulate the staff for their kindness, they are nice and friendly, and I appreciated that from the first second.

What I didn't like about the stuff was the fact that when signing the contract they said that the 80€ will include all the necessities including towels, that after a while I was told that I don't have a subscription that includes towels, which is in contradiction with what I talked about at the beginning, it's not about the amount I have to pay extra, and the fact that they made me feel bad..about it

The equipment in the gym is state of the art, this I like very much, because of this I decided to come to this Fitness Studio, if everything was functional it would be perfect. In these 3 months I can count on my fingers how many times I used the Hidromassage chair after workouts, because it doesn't work all the time the same story with the solarium. And this is a very big minus.

I know so, when I get paid I give full service for what I get paid, not quarter or half.

Unfortunately from my side today you gonna take just 2 stars, and I would not recommend your services to the other, in fact I advised my friends not to come here.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had!!! Never buy monthly membership by them!!!

I bought a monthly membership, chose it because it had option to cancel every month. After few days at gym, I decided not to extend membership and cancel it. First I was told that although the membership has monthly cancellation option, in reality they can cancel not by the end of the month but by the end of the month + 2 weeks So I had to pay +50% of intended! But after that I found out that in reality my membership was cancelled only in 4 days after that period. So I had to pay +20 euro?!! I refused to do this and wrote a letter to customer support. They didn’t read it and just kept sending me request to pay threatening to sue me???!! I paid this extra 20 euro but be sure that I would never come...
