Kashmir Bazar Budapest — Attraction in Budapest

This is one of the worst places I've ever visited, completely disorganized, foul smell from rotten raw bananas, rotten vegetables are kept in racks with flies roaming on them. All products are thrown randomly onto racks. OMG staff especially when we visited there was a women sitting on counter who doesn't even look at you if you want to ask something, doesn't care about customers and looks at you like if you don't want to buy, go away kind of attitude.

One more dangerous thing is - they are selling expired products, my husband wanted to buy "Maggi Magic Masala" small packets and we didn't notice the "best before" while purchasing when we reached home, it turned out the product is expired, completely careless attitude towards health of customers. I can never trust one more time in this pakistan,indian stores. I bought this on 27th April 2022 and by that time, product is already expired, you can...

Be careful buying cosmetic and hair products here! I bought a hair product kit which turned out to be fake and as a result caused a bad reaction and caused my hair to fall out! The box of the product also looked like it was tampered with and re-sealed with glue. The content in the kit looked different to the original product and had a different expiration date compared to the expiration date on the box. The product had an aluminum seal which was not even properly sealed as opposed to the original that has a plastic seal. The smell and consistency of the product was even different to the original product as well. The kit was supposed to have a pair of gloves but instead had one glove to show it was tampered with....

For sure, a 1 stop to grab all indian spices who like to use in cooking. Starting coriander, mint leaves in veg to all sort of lentils, tamarind etc... You can find all sorts of flours, including ashirvad atta for roti, parathas. Prices are a little high since it is very hard to find in Hungary these things.

You can get halal meat & chicken inside as well. Whoever in Hungary struggling to cook indian food due to difficulty in finding spices, they can visit this shop in Budapest.
