Very pathetic customer service and irresponsible. We went here for my fiance's apparel for our Engagement function. They couldn't even deliver the sample blouse, and started blaming us for not letting them know prior to going there to collect the item. Clearly the mistake was on their side and they don't even have the courage to admit it.

Reply 2 ur response- Dates are correct as per ur justification. Bt the dates were revised after the customer got her slip. And if the revision needs to be added on the slip that shld have been the staff's responsibility and not the customer's. The lady in charge (one with specs) verbally agreed to give the blouse stitched on 28 aug and when customer arrived she pretended as if she do not remember the dates. Even another staff present there during the situation has agreed that the customer is right and that the blouse was to b delivered on 28th.

Word to owner _ withholding ur reputation is good but not at the cost of unethical behaviour of ur staff. V r ending this here. U can carry on with...

Very pathetic customer service.Even after having no other customers the staff is not able to manage.The lights were off while trials.When asked to switch on the lights of the trial area,she said if you want go to the front room and check.If the lights were malfunctioning could have understood,but that was not the case.And there was only one fan which was in the middle of the room.The AC was off and when asked to on it for a while ,I was told that it is not for using, Just for showcasing.Just cos I bought a cloth and went for exchange ,she started behaving like now it's my responsibility whether I must be taking it or go home.Either check what is going on at the shop atleast once,or else you are loosing your reputation just because...

The attitude and service of staff seems to be substandard. And while browsing through the review page while posting my review I understood that the owner/ whoever is handling the review page is so defensive to the customers and not welcoming of the feedbacks. And therefore I've stopped going to this place at all. They r so arrogant, substandard and defensive...
