#PINK_MILK Opening Night
I was gifted tickets to the opening night of this new play in June 2016. This was my first visit to the theatre (apart from knowing where the bookshop was) and I had a great experience. You enter through the bookshop and immediately find yourself in a cosy and quaint atmosphere. I received a warm welcome and enjoyed browsing the bookshelves before buying a Russian novel and sitting with a lovely cup of tea before the house opened. The theatre itself is intimate and small but this gives you a engaging connection with the performance. Sound and lighting were excellent. The play was riveting and I would love the opportunity to see more productions in this venue.
I travelled from Donegal for the performance and am glad I did, I had a lovely evening dipping into a world that I don't usually have access to. Highly recommended if you enjoy original new theatre.

Like a door to Narnia,it leads to a 66 seater theathre room with stage,decorations,lights,seats. I have enjoyed Extremities sitting in a second row,all action was happening in front of my eyes. Read moreBy chance, we went to a play at the New Theatre in Dublin's Temple Bar area, and it was excellent! We saw Frank MacGuinness' "Someone Who'll Watch Over Me," a play about an Irishman, an Englishman, and an American chained up in a cell in Beirut, Lebanon - based, I think, on an actual story. The three actors were superb, and the performance was quite moving!
