A very nice cafe where you can apparently eat "the best Irish breakfast". Well we're not from Dublin so we had to try it. There was a very long queue waiting to be seated at 10:30am. We had to wait like 30 minutes to have a table outside. It was really sunny this morning so it was pretty nice but I think that it's inside of the cafe that you can live the full experience. I just went to pay and it was so lively and charming. The Irish breakfast was truly nice. We had an egg (sunny side up, my fav), sausages well grilled, baked beans (not too sugary. They were perfect for me), bacon, white and black pudding and bread. Everything was tasty, nicely cooked and I had a wonderful time. I was full for like 8 hours so it was more like a brunch than a breakfast for me, but I have quite a small appetite. My boyfriend wanted a cookie 4 hours after so I suppose it depends. The waiters were really nice, especially the one at the counter. The prices were quite okay I guess. 13€ for an Irish breakfast. It used to be less expensive but it was like 5 years ago so it's understandable. I recommend it!

We came here because of the great Google reviews. Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing and we felt that we were not served fairly. The waiter seemed reluctant to give us a table for no apparent reason. However, we waited outside respectfully until a table came available ( we should have taken this as a sign that we were not welcome). When the food arrived, we were left underwhelmed and very disappointed. The toast was burned, which we complained about and was charged again for the replacement toast. The portions that we were served also were not comparative in size to the other customers, who ordered the same breakfast. We received only one egg and burnt toast, whilst others received two eggs and generally larger portions. This is not a big deal, but feel that the treatment was unfair.. especially with being charged for clearly burnt toast! The service was very greeting by both the waiter and chef but the food was clearly very poor served and I will certainly not be recommending this place or returning in the future.

This was the first place me and my boyfriend went into after travelling in and needed a wake up and authentic welcome into the city and this family run cafe did exactly that. Graham was our waiter and his tongue in cheek humour and excellent service was refreshing and took the experience to a whole new level. The food is delicious, me and my boyfriend had the Irish breakfast and he had an Irish coffee and I had the baileys coffee, both made with freshly whipped up cream and it was really tasty. The decor was perhaps once a pub that was renovated into this quirky decorated cafe and it adds to the charm. Honestly we’d loved to have stayed to banter with Graham more as he really put a smile on our faces but we didn’t want to get in the way of other tourists coming in and having their own one of a kind experience of their own. A 1000% visit here when visiting Dublin. 10/10 ⭐️

This place was absolutely amazing! Within our first 25 minutes of being in Ireland, we stopped here for breakfast, and it could not have been a better choice. The food was outstanding, everything was fresh, full of flavor, and prepared with real care. The coffee was rich and smooth, the hot chocolate was perfectly creamy and comforting, and every bite we had felt like the perfect “welcome to Dublin.”

What really made this café special, though, was the staff. The employees weren’t just kind and attentive, they were genuinely funny, full of energy, and had us laughing with their quick jokes and lighthearted banter. They turned what could have just been a good breakfast into a memorable experience we’ll never forget. It felt like more than just a meal, it felt like being welcomed into Ireland with open arms

The atmosphere of the café itself is warm and inviting, with a cozy charm that makes you want to linger a little longer. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel both comfortable and cared for, whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a slow morning.

This restaurant truly deserves more than 5 stars. Between the incredible food, the unforgettable drinks, and the amazing staff, it was one of the highlights of our first day in Ireland. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat and can only wish the very best for their business, they deserve every success that...
