“BAD STAFF EVER” I bought lipsticks from Kiko, it costed me 24.03€ and I paid by cash in 50€ note. The cashier received the note from me and acted so busy with the POS then asked me If I had 5€ and I gave her, just a few moment she gave change to me with so many coins which was hard to counted on spot since I’m not familiar with foreign coins and it was my fault also that I didn’t check it before leaving the store. The next day morning, I realized that the cashier gave me shortchange! The coins she gave me it was only 1.80€ instead of 30.97€! I decided to go back to check with the store cuz I was 100% sure that she gave me only coins not with any notes as it was supposed to be and the only answer that they gave to me was just “Yesterday we did accounting but everything was okay.” Are you serious? If I were a cashier and the actual money is more than the accounting report, I would just take that discrepancy so that it won’t be a problem, right? So when I went there the sales gal asked me whether I wanted to try out the lipstick to match the color that I like. So I said sure. She spoke to me in English and when I reply her back in English she said she cannot understand me. 🙄
As I tried out a few colors I asked her to provide me with something ( a removal makeup) so I can remove the lipsticks which I applied on my lips. And guess what? She gave me that rude looked and after giving me a piece of cotton with some removal makeup on it she left me there unattended. Very poor service and sarcastic rude unprofessional service. Your sales gal should go for more training and learn more from other brands like rituals. They provide excellent service. Kiko is unheard of internationally but with this attitude now I know why. I honestly hated that looked and the rudeness as if I can't afford it. Btw I bought two lipsticks probably would be my last in that store. I bought a 30 days extension mascara and a lipstick and when I went home, I realize they gave me the wrong mascara and the wrong lipstick. I just can't believe it.
