Read moreDue to the situation of gondola and tourist ship accident closing. The station manager(He was a nice person, by the way.) of 早雲山(Sounzan Station) told us we can get some refund of our Hakone 3day pass at 箱根湯本駅(Hakone-yumoto station) or 小田原駅(Odawara Station). So when we got to Hakone-yumoto station and tried to get some info of this, we've been transferred to more then 4 counters! I've already know most of Japanese are not that skilled of English. That's ok. Every country has their language cuture. But, after been transferred three times of counter, we bump into a station staff he just keep telling us go to the previous counter. It just really make us feel like a ball been kicking around!
And his English is poor, too. I gave up to communicate with him, and ask him to show someone who can "communicate" in English. (Then I can stop bothering him... yes, he just make us feel we are really annoying). Then, HE JUST GAVE US AN CONTEMPTUOUS EYE AND WALK AWAY FOREVER !!!! At last we only can try to find another staff to help us by ourselves. And the last staff we ask finally told us we can only get the refund at the station we bought tickets, that means the Odawara Station.
I believed that most of the station staffs are nice. But THAT RUDE ONE really spoiled our fun of Hakone. And when I think of the so called "Good atmosphere spa station", I only can remember THE RUDE PERSON and our helpless at that time.
But the staffs out there at the bus stop are really friendly and helpful. They know about their work. The star is my gratitude to them. Otherwise, I won't even wanna give one to...
