Review for Hands at Shinsaibashi PARCO (10th Floor) I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at the Hands store inside Shinsaibashi PARCO, particularly with a staff member named いなげ. My husband and I were visiting Osaka from New York, and my mother, who was traveling with us, wanted to purchase a scalp massage device. We went to the 10th floor where we found two types of scalp massagers we were interested in. I politely asked the nearby staff member (いなげ) if we could try them. She responded with a cold “OK,” without any smile or explanation, and gave us a side glance that felt dismissive. We managed to try the first device, but couldn’t figure out how to use the second one, even though it had power. Instead of assisting us, the staff member ignored us and continued to glance over with an attitude that made us feel unwelcome. My mother liked the first massager, so I asked the staff if we could purchase it. Her response was, “Isn’t there inventory at section number 19?” again in a very unfriendly tone. We eventually found the products labeled “19” on the bottom shelf, but as foreigners unfamiliar with the store’s system and with no instructions, it wasn’t obvious. In the meantime, my husband figured out how to use the second device, and my mother decided she preferred that one. However, this product didn’t have a number or clear inventory displayed. When my husband asked where to find it, the staff member rudely pointed to a tiny business card-sized paper and said it was an order card. She did not explain the process clearly and her tone, body language, and overall manner were very unprofessional. Feeling frustrated, I checked her name tag (いなげ) and asked to speak with a manager. Thankfully, the manager was very kind, apologized sincerely, and offered to escort us to the cashier. We appreciated his response and told him we would go to the cashier on our own. While we appreciated the manager’s professionalism, the behavior of the staff member really tainted our shopping experience. For a store that’s part of a department store like PARCO and caters to international visitors, better training in customer service and hospitality...

Is the worse place we had ever visited. They do not even bother to serve water and side dish after placed an order ( order from phone using scanning QR code) for about 10-15 mins, but they serve quickly to the couple who came after us. We had to call them to follow up with the order. And they serve 10 mins later. We order 2 bowls of udon with meat and tbh, their udon soup is the worse taste we ever eaten in Japan. Soup taste like plain water, meat is not fresh and hard( must be frozen meat ). On the poster it says 800 plus per bowl but final bill they charge 1350 per person. Worse of all, the waitress attitude is super rude. We got robbed in broad day light. Tourists coming to this area, beware of this place and avoid eating here at all cost. We made a mistake as was too hungry to find another place so we thought just give it a try. I could not finish even half...
