To think We passed by the area 4 times and never came across it. I came across this when I googled for tepanyaki in the area- It was placed at the 2nd floor.
Ordered as alacarte. 3 adults with 1 kids. Spent about 15k yen I would think their offer of alacarte buffet at about 3k per pax will be a great deal worth. Do ask for the English menu
It was a Monday night and we were the only one at 6pm, but the entire crew gave us all the attention. Food was served in a good pace, and tasted great and they made sure that there were clean plates whenever a new dish was served. My kids ordered 3 more of their skirt beef. The shops owner also gave us complimentary icecream for the kids and badges. This was probably the best dining experience we had across this area. Highly recommend anyone to...
Read moreThis restaurant was the worst experience in this trip, food was ok but service was terrible. A waitress with yellow hair who was providing service to us, she recommended us to order their SPECIAL COURSE - a set menu, we came here for the okonomiyaki but there was even no okonomiyaki in the set menu so we said we just order 4 okonomiyaki only and we don’t need the set course in a very polite way. But when we refused to order the set menu, the waitress's attitude came to the totally opposite way, her face showed super unhappy with a very terrible attitude and all of sudden she didn’t know a single English word but she actually could understand a little bit English when we came in, and she pretend like she didn’t know a single word even with the translation app. She looked so unhappy during the whole time ever since we said we don't wanna the set course. I can tell she loves her job very much, because she noticed we were unhappy as well but still keep forcing us to order the set menu.
We refused like couple times and told her we just want 4 okonomiyaki for each, and she's like refusing us to order 4 and now I still don’t know why…… so ridiculous and so rude. It took like 20 MINS just for ordering food and finally we asked for another male staff to help us finish our order in the end. Noticed she was doing the same to other tourists as well. So terrible. Other staffs were nice except the waitress with yellow...
Read moreVisited Teppanyarou Uranamba on a whim while in Osaka, out of many hole in the wall food locations, this is definitely the place to visit and enjoy the cuisine. The staff are very friendly and the owner is very kind as well. I recommend the full course meal, so many delicious flavors and each meal in the course will have your taste buds dancing. Choose the Ikura Kobori when selecting the full course meal. Everything was delicious but if I had to choose a favorite it was the most delicious item I had the...
