Clean Convenience to travel to island But, the main issue is BAD CS.

(1) The toilet has no window and ventilation. We smell bad smell since the 2nd day after we return from site seeing. We reported on the 3rd day (we went to island) and requesting house keeping services on the 4th day. We asked what’s the reason of having bad smell and the answer was there were sand (we had slippers and swimming suits hanging in the apartment) and wee wee smell. But we went to island in the 3rd day, how come there was bed smell on 2nd night already. They keep on push the reason onto us (2) after the house keeping on the 4th day, we found 2 facial towels, that we brought to SABAH and intended to throw them away on check out day, disappeared. We reported it while chatting with them via whatsapp about the bad smell from the toile without window nor ventilation, we wasted whole night texting but the CS ask me to give them prove that we have the towel there before house keeping, and then they missed after housekeeping. Ridiculous, how come a guest should take a video of everything before requesting for house keeping.😡 (3) we brought nutrition supplements with us and put them on the open kitchen table. All moved to dinner table. I don’t need to have my belongings put in the exact location where I put them but at least not to a totally different location (4) the toilet papers refilled and with spare too but 4 extra rolls put in the middle of dinning table after house keeping🫣 what’s that for? A housekeeping standard? What a strange practice if it really is. (5) we keep asking for escalation to manager or got to know the CS name, they simply ignore...

I had an appointment here until prayer time. However the surau (both men and women) are locked at 7.30pm. I missed my Maghrib prayer because of this. Nearby lady at surau working at one of the restaurant said the surau is locked by security. I went around to search for security guard. A bunch of them said they couldn't open the surau as the surau is locked by cleaner and they couldn't open it. How can JQ management allow such things to happen? Surau is a common amenities for public use. This is very unacceptable for muslim visitors to JQ Central.

I was so confused prior entering the area and parking. I looped 3 times 😅. Is the parking area not open yet? 🤔

Not all toilets are open. We went to the one at the end at the right side.

There's currently 3 restaurant/cafe operating. Saw 3 laundry place...
