I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service provided during my recent visit to Kiddytopia on 1st March 2024 (Friday) @12.30 pm, which also happened to be a school holiday.
Upon arriving with my children for their first visit, we encountered negative experience with your female staff's handling of health checks. While I appreciate the precaution of checking temperatures, I was dismayed by the subsequent judgmental assessment of my son's health. My son's temperature is 36.7 however the female staff hastily concluded that my son had flu issues based solely on a brief inspection of his nose, which led to our denial of entry.
It is crucial to highlight that my son does not suffer from flu, and this assumption was both unfounded and distressing for him and for us as parents. This incident left my children feeling frustrated and me deeply concerned about the professionalism and accuracy of your staff's assessments.
I urge you to implement proper training protocols to ensure that your employees handle health assessments with care and accuracy. It is imperative that they refrain from making medical judgments without proper qualifications and that they exercise diligence in their assessments.
Furthermore, I recommend instituting a system for double-checking health assessments to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. Every child's health and well-being should be treated with the utmost seriousness and care.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to address these concerns...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was our very first time to this kind of play area. We brought our 2 kids today on 29/1/2024 (Wednesday). We were not given proper instruction by the staff at the counter that caretakers or parents need to wear socks as well. The staff just asked how many socks we need; we thought only kids that are playing need to wear socks. So, we only needed 1 pair as one of our kids wearing sock. After 1 hour, one of the staff that wearing spectacles approach us shouting rudely āMana socks kamu?!ā. It made us embarrassed in front Of all. It was a worst attitude shown by the staff. If they are really concern about The socks, why not they check each and everyone feet before allowing them to enter?? Where is their SOP here??? It is your staff duty to check and explain to visitor the rules and regulation! Mind you this is our first time to enter to this kind Of place. After that, we had no mood to continue here. We decided to stop and get out from the place. Upon going out, we have been laughed silently by that spectacle wearing staff and her colleague the exit area. Paying extra few ringgits for few More socks is not a Big thing For us. Not giving proper instruction on the rules at the counter is a big drawback here! YOUR STAFF ATTITUDE NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE?! You should teach your staff how to talk with customer! It shows poor training from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrom first impression I was not satisfied with one of the staff due to her tone trying to explain if children puke there will be penalty charges, usually this things should be presented before purchasing, I donāt have this issue I just donāt like the tone of explanation as it was like a thread, also the old lady inside who sell the waffles she scolded me because I was standing beside her station to move a side, I just respected the age n I just moved but her colleague the young lady was so kind. Ambient good n safe and fun, and honestly their kitchen is 5 star I salute the chef and the manager for their menus, pricing, and food taste, I will never go to this playground anymore because the other playground near by this place, their staff are real example of kindness n customer service, even if their place is slightly smaller than yours but I just prefer attitude n respect more than the facilities, but definitely just come n order food from your restaurant...
