Stars Archery @ Sunway Pyramid — Attraction in Subang Jaya

One of the more popular and public archery ranges in Malaysia and Selangor.

Their basic recurve bow packages are good in pricing for anyone looking to enjoy 15min to an hour of shooting.

They have 18/20#(Pound) starter Cartel Sirius 62'/66' bows. These are your generic starter recurves and should really pose no pain with repeated usage unless you have nonprevious experience in archery or don't havr the require strength to pull 9kg with your back. They also now offer blowpipes and compound bows. Both have reasonably but higher prices as well.

The kicker is very limited equipment maintenance. Their arrows are warped or bent in varying degrees of damage. Their bows have their strings extremely used without waxing and some of the limbs have heavy signs of usage on some of them.

Somewhat expensive to shoot if you choose to bring your own equipment to...

The cashier overcharged me two games which I pointed out. She called the supervisor (Shane) but he gave us a very terrible customer service experience , he was defensive, argumentative, and didn't show any sincere initiative in service recovery. When he couldn't handle the case, he asked me to call his manager this was at 9pm in evening, when in fact it's his job to escalate it or offer another solution. Really worst attitude I have seen so far in this premise, suggest he goes for training or removed him! This type of bad attitude will make you lose customers when before this we wanted to book the annual membership for my niece as she started to take interest in the game.

Hi team stars Archery, just leave some honest reviews regarding yesterday stories. I went with others friends to do some our quality time here. The price affordable with the package, the staff really friendly, helpful, fully trained, professional and knowledgeable. Really enjoy it play game here. Hopefully, the Stars Archery will do some excitement event or attract more customer to visit here again. Refer my second picture for the staff, this staff really helpful and should be credit to him because makes us feeling comfortable and enjoy playing here. Thats all for me....
