Food isn’t the issue, it’s the staff(s) that need attention on this matter. Came here to enjoy their birthday discount, so the moment we were seated, we mentioned that we would like to claim the birthday deal. Waiter proceeded to pass us the menu and said 50% discount on one drink and one meal, then walked away.

We ordered our food, and while waiting, one of the other waiter came to check our IC to confirm the birthday deal, which we complied. The problem started during payment when we wanted to leave. We were only given discount on our lower valued item, and the cashier cited that our order the ‘Bali Trio’ is not in the offer. We asked why wasn’t this mentioned and the staff said it’s printed in the poster in front of the restaurant, in which we proceeded to check and to our disappointment IT WAS NOT ON THE POSTER.

We went back to the cashier and showed the poster, and now the staff changed the story and said WE DID NOT MENTION THAT WE WANTED THE BIRTHDAY DEAL WHEN SEATED. Then we said that one of the waiters already came to check our IC earlier for the birthday deal, but that waiter later came and said WE ONLY ASKED FOR BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT AFTER WE ORDERED. So much lies! All the twist and turn only for their own convenience!

We insisted that they check cctv and wanted to insist the manager talk to us on this matter since the staffs are all just changing the story just to make us go away. After our persistence the cashier just gave up and unapologetically gave us the refund for the item which we expected the discount (difference in value), and warned us again to inform staff that we wanted the birthday deal. WHICH WE DID, so I’m not sure what’s the deal with the team trying to take advantage of the situation to make their mistake ours? Terrible service!

Let this be a warning for all future customers to SHOUT OUT to the staff or waiter that you want the birthday deal and ASK THEM for the specific deal and their fine print and what’s not included and MAKE SURE THE MANAGER IS THERE. Otherwise they’ll change the story and make it your fault instead of theirs if any discrepancies. Please do better...

Like to thank my dearest business partner who brought me here for a quiet dinner, and indeed we came by during hours where it’s not really crowded. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I am like lost in time and space with the amazing decorations I’m like being brought to the Island of Bali where as if the restaurant is surrounded by nature - the environment is definitely very conducive for couples, or family get together to enjoy time minus the gadget. Of course the restaurant met my expectations as in they adhere to the set SOPs to make sure patrons can dine in peace of mind - this is my priority. We’re being led near a table facing the windows, but with the decorations it gives us a sense of privacy within a public area. The staffs are very professional and very attentive as I thoroughly enjoy the whole evening dining in the restaurant, from the time of ordering dishes recommended to the time the food is being served till the time for us to settle the bill. As I have taken the pictures of the dishes of authentic Balinese style with a fusion of modern touch that we ordered and it’s definitely worth the money spent here. I thoroughly enjoy the food and I will definitely bring my mommy dearest to come back here. Since embarking on giving reviews on places and food I visited, I hope to give my 2 cents worth of comments from the perspective of a middle class Malaysian dining in upper market restaurants once awhile. I’m also giving my reviews in the aspects of my years of experiences in working from different ranges of hotels and the quality food with extremely great services are must seek after in Malaysia F&B scenes. Keep it up to the Management and front of house to kitchens team of Ole Ole Bali as you all done well in bringing a whole different experiences in dining in...

I have been continuously three years had my birthday meal at here, but this year is the huge disappointment ever! Prior having my meal at here, I already knew that there is no free birthday meal redemption started from this year, but I still decided to have my birthday meal at here. I thought the birthday meal still the same set of Nasi Campur, just changed from Free to 50%. So without second thoughts, when ready to order the food, I showed my IC to one of the waiter and told him I would like to order birthday meal and another set of meal+one drink. Another set of meal & drink was served but my meal was not served after quite some times until I feel something was not right and asked the waiter. The waiter asked the waiter who helped us to take our food order and the waiter showed his impatience voice tone to us by saying now no more free birthday meal! What attitude is that?! I just got to know that the 50% birthday discount is applicable to any type of food and it's not only limited to the Nasi Campur! I still proceed to order the nasi campur with extremely bad mood! My partner already finished his meal and just waited for my meal to be served. Finally after waited for about 15 min, my meal was served. The waiter still requested to take a photo of mine. Well I guess it's the procedure of birthday meal discount entitlement? But, with that kind of bad experience, it's kinda awkward and to be honest the waiter should try to care of customer's expression.

My birthday this year is already spoilt with this unpleasant experience and no...

Food not meet my expectation at all especially for my beef 'n' prawn..the taste for that price tag?? Come on..you should do better than this..I can get much better quality from other restaurant with cheaper price..waiting too long to get our foods and the most frustrating when waiter came to our table to inform they run out of food for our order..after waiting more than 1/2 hour???? We need to change it for 2 times..imagine how long we have to wait..not to mention foods that didn't even arrive at our table..some of us just sharing our foods because we already too hungry and tired of waiting..when asking for the receipt, they didn't update the order???? Food that they said out of stock earlier still in the bills so we personally highlight which food we didn't get or eat..we marked it ourselves!!! Then asked the waiter to update it then return the receipt to us so we can pay what we eat..Know what happened??? We sat there for another 20min like a stone..nobody came with a new receipt..I walked to the counter and ask for the new receipt..the cashier there didn't even apologize for what just happened even though I mentioned it to him..the only thing I like here is your water..no doubt, it was delicious..that's why you get 1🌟 there.. because of your water ONLY.. other than that?? 0 So for Ole-ole Bali, I will not step to your restaurant ever again, nationwide..thank you for your 'good service'..and I personally, surely will share to all my friends out there about your 'good service'.
