Happy Flights Cabo Parasailing — Attraction in Baja California Sur

My wife and I went parasailing with Happy Flights Cabo during a stop our Carnival Cruise made and we loved it!

First, I'm so grateful that the employees are understanding of clueless tourists. We mixed up what time zone we were in and ended up showing up for our parasailing tour an hour late, but thinking we were on time. They acted like nothing was wrong, didn't give us a hard time, and just ferried us out to the parasailing boat. Now, please don't show up an hour late just to test and see if they will do this for you, but it just speaks about their kindness and thoughtfulness. Second, I felt extremely safe while we were parasailing. That gave me the mental freedom to look around and take in the sights instead of worrying about dying the whole time. Third, their money-back guarantee was really nice to have just in case of inclement weather.

The one thing I would recommend is making sure you know how to navigate the port and and get to dock they use (which for us was Dock F) before you get out on the street. I made arrangements for this tour activity a few months before our departure for Mexico. This activity was intended to take place on our first wedding anniversary. I wanted to have a picture of both of us flying in the air as the first picture on our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the site a little early as a result of trying to be on time. We took the bus from our hotel to the marina area. We were greeted by Victor at the gate who gave us a safety briefing. Victor took us down to the boat and introduced us to the captain and his assistant. They promptly loaded us on board and off we went to start the tour activity. They took several pictures of us on our way up, flying in the air, and on our way back down to the boat. We never got wet nor were we mishandled by the crew. My spouse was a little bit scared about going up on this tour activity but was calmed by the crew with their safety measures and care to get us up in the air and back down safely. So happy we booked with Happy Flights 😉 it was pretty windy in Cabo when we went and our first booking was easily moved to the next morning. It gets windier as the day progresses most of the time so if I have any tips it would be to book in the morning and not on your last day! Kim was kind and Victor was wonderful with our kiddo and gave us a little side tour before heading to the parasail boat. You take a small taxi boat to the main boat which has the parasail. We were lucky enough to see a humpback whale while we were up in the air and it was a worthwhile and memorable experience!
