Kennards Self Storage Newmarket — Attraction in Albert-Eden

I’m using national mini storage facility in great south road, Papakura as moved from the hibiscus coast to Paerata Rise to live with my daughter & son in law for awhile. I found the facility easy to find with beautiful premises and to make it easier the young lady whom helped me on the Saturday 22/5 fill out all the paperwork made it a very stress free experience she was so friendly and extremely helpful. The storage unit on the 2nd floor was fantastic made easier with the trolleys to take my furniture up the lifts to my unit. I feel happy knowing my possessions are safe & secure. Great facility, manager aggressive and officious, should not have a job in customer service. One night my car was locked into the building. Instead of trying to solve the problem she started quoting fine print in the customer agreement (there were no signs at the time to say customers might be unable to exit if they were in their units at closing time). She has also repeatedly called my personal numbers to chase advance payments on units which I have been renting in six month blocks. I guess the staff don't appreciate that customers pay...

I am so impressed with the high-level of customer service at NMS Newmarket! I needed to arrange a storage unit during 'Alert Level 3', and the team were so helpful - they even held a size for me for three weeks before starting the lease (they were low on this size but I didn't need it quite yet) which I thought was really kind, thank you! The facilities are clean, and well-managed. The loading bay is covered which was a big plus as on the day we moved it was pouring with rain.
