Ms. Nimfa(?) was keen to offer switching to a room with a king bed for my senior parents (as I only booked a Twin Room which I was unaware were only 2 single beds). She was very professional and considerate. Thank you for finding a room for us! Every single staff we encountered were very polite and had nothing but smiles and good greetings for us from the main entrance, to the bell boys, the front desk, even the maintenance crew, and every staff who provided room service. The one who brought us wine glasses even poured us our wine. Everyone was respectful of the privacy we needed during our stay but it didn’t prevent them from providing good and exceptional service—this was given that it was the holiday season too; if they had been tired from the festivities, it definitely did not show. We booked this hotel specifically because they allowed pets but I called last minute (3 hours before we checked-in) just to confirm. Good thing I did because we had to sign some paperworks, prepare our cat’s vaccination papers, a health certificate, and a 5,000-peso ($90) pet fee, which included a pet bed, 2 pet bowls, a hairbrush, and some toys. It was a nice touch, and the process was very smooth. As with the pet fee though, understandably, it was also meant for the extra cleaning that needed to be done AFTER guests’ stay when they bring a pet. However, it would have been perfect if they also made sure the room was clean BEFORE guests stayed with their pet. Our room in particular had visible carpet stains and dusty corners—something a little cleaning or vacuuming would have easily made better. I think it was extra noticeable for us because we had a cat with us and they can be sensitive with scents and like to hide in tight spots; so we’d always make sure our house was clean up to the last nook and cranny. Ours ended up squeezing into a small hole below the headboard. We noticed how dusty it was because we had to get her out of there. It just seemed the room could really use some general cleaning. Hopefully they did this after our stay so the next guests would have a better feel of the room. Otherwise the bed was spotless and the bath pristine (except for some hard water stains by the mirror). The breakfast was varied and again the staff were very helpful. We found it hilarious that our plates and cups kept sticking to their table. Check-out was as smooth as their check-in! Kudos to all the staff.

Had a weekend staycation here recently, overall experience was good. Our room was very clean. Had a modern feel, and we loved the open bathroom style. The cheeses delivered in our room were also delectable. The staffs are accomodating, especially at their club lounge, special mention to Wilson who was very attentive to all our needs while we were in the lounge. Also had our dinner there, the food served in the lounge were amazing. We also got a massage, the masseuses were courteous and nice too. The massage on its own was not really good though. The pool and gym was old but decent enough. Might need to upgrade these ones. I already did an online check-in through the email the hotel sent me and gave all my details including my card's information yet upon going to the reception they still asked us to fill up some papers and took a lot of time than we expected, which defies the sole purpose of the online check-in feature for a quick check-in. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, the garlic fried rice had hard grains, sausages were harder to chew than a normal one we would eat at other hotel breakfasts (might be due to the casing), the fish was almost bad and too stinky, bland laksa and miso soup, taho had bitter tasting syrup, and etc. We didn't enjoyed it quite much, especially when we raised to the chef near the buffet station regarding the fish and told us that it was really like that and it was okay. Thank God restaurant manager redeemed our experience at Cafe 1228. She removed the stinky fish from the buffet spread, apologized, and explained the situation. Gave us newly cooked fish of a different kind and a plate of fruits. I forgot her name but kudos to her! Still, even those small things happened it didn't made our experience bad. Our whole stay was still good. Highly recommended.

I come here every month. They are very accommodating especially the staff at midnight. Of all the people and cabin crew they see every day they always remember my husband. They are even good friends now. Joking and laughing makes the atmosphere very lively. They are very friendly and they assist you with water right away. In any way they are happy to help you. Lost room card or even in parking they are nice. They usually clean the room in the afternoon and whenever I leave some note for my concerns for the housekeeping, they make sure that they will satisfy our room needs. Even the guards at the entrance are nice. We have tried breakfast and they made my heart happy with their bread section. I love their bread delicacies. You should try it. Highly recommended. I must say that the waiters there are polite and nice. All of them will be at your disposal to accommodate your needs. I remember we sat beside a Japanese national who poured her coffee. Good thing the supervisor saw it and grabbed the towel fast. After the waiters cleaned the table they even asked the table near that table if we were fine. They are really nice to foreigners and to their own Filipinos. Rooms are good. Some rooms don't have a bidet. Make sure to request a room with a bidet if you're a user. I just dislike the air conditioning. It's very low and I can't sleep nearly at night because it's not cold enough to use the thick blanket. You only have 3 options in the air conditioning since it's centralised. I hope they will do something about it.

Like their Amenities esp. their Sauna I am thankful for this place that gave us a our well deserved relaxing overnight stay. We went here on a holiday so it seemed like a busy day because there were a lot of guests checking in too. But still, we were accommodated and we had an easy check in. We were even able to ask a room that we want. The room was clean and big enough for us. It was a typical room similar to the other hotels I have been to. To mention a few, it had a bathtub, tv, electric kettle, hair dryer and refrigerator. They also provided towels, toiletries, free bottled water and complimentary sachets of tea and coffee. Aside from the room, we also enjoyed some of their amenities like the pool and the sauna. I really liked their sauna. I even went there twice (before dinner and after breakfast). The breakfast is good too. They had different station for eggs, fruits, drinks, bread, cheese, rice, English and Asian breakfast. And we really liked their soimai. The staff are very friendly too. They were busy but they always had time to assist the guests like us. Overall, we really had a good experience here. We are happy to choose to stay here on a holiday.

All the staff we came across during our stay were extra friendly and helpful. We had an upgraded room and they even let us check-in at 1pm. The room was nice and huge. I love their bathroom! It was so nice to soak in the tub while watching TV. Also, I was able to keep an eye on my small kid while he was on the tub and I'm lying on the bed. I love the bathrobes too, super soft and comfy to wear. The room needs some maintenance or renovation. Some cabinets won't stay closed. The bathroom tiles seeps water when you step on it making the bathroom messy. The aircon also took some time too reach our desired temperature, it was hours before we felt the cold. I also wished that the room has a bigger ref. It was too small that our box of cake won't fit inside. We tried their dinner buffet, a bit expensive for a few dishes. But they accomodated our request to cook fried chicken for our kid even though it was not on the menu. They even let us bring the leftover chicken. The location of the hotel was very convenient too since it's just across Greenbelt. We will definitely visit this place again.
