I went there to unwind, but instead, I ended up feeling stressed and discriminated against. I've visited Galaxy numerous times before, but this particular evening was truly a nightmare. My group consisted of five, but the other four arrived first, so they secured their table without knowing that I would be covering all the costs. They took the non-VIP tables, and when I arrived alone, I was confronted and rudely asked if I had anyone with me. I replied that I did, but I wasn’t allowed to enter unless one of my friends came out to fetch me. I was still okay with the situation; at the front desk, we were asked about our table number, which was set for four people only, and we couldn’t add anyone else. I inquired if there were any additional tables, but they replied that the only one available was the VIP table. While I could afford the VIP option, my friends had already secured a table, and it would be inconsiderate to separate from them. I wasn't frustrated at that moment, but then he mentioned that if I could pay 1500, another table would be available. Naturally, I was willing to pay for that, even if its not going to be consumable, because I had come there to spend my money. Finally, I managed to get in and place my order, but when I asked if I could move my table closer to my companion's, I was denied. What am I supposed to do sitting alone at a table in the bar? Initially, I wasn't upset, but when I requested to speak with the manager, no one came out to talk to me. The waitstaff informed me that if I wanted to move my table alongside my colleague, I would still need to pay the 1500, which was the moment I became upset because I felt discriminated against. Seriously? You really thought I was trying to get out of paying the 1500? I had planned to enjoy myself more until we were exhausted from drinking and dancing, but I ran out of breath due to what I went through. I only took a single sip of the beer, settled the bill, and left because of the embarrassment I experienced. I completely understand the policy, but the manner in which it was poorly executed is...

We visited Club Galaxy for the second time in a row, curious to see how the Thursday night vibe compared. Since it was quiet that night, we returned the following day. Unfortunately, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong.
Upon entry, we were shown a map to select our table. We chose one, but were taken to a completely different one without any explanation. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted, “This is the one you selected, sir”—which was simply not true. Instead of the middle table we picked, they seated us right next to the staff station where they place dirty plates and bottles.
Then things took a turn for the worse. One of the female staff kept throwing annoyed looks—only at our table—while appearing cheerful with others. Suddenly, she came over, told me to stand up, and, with another staff member, pushed our table so close to the next one that I was literally touching the guy beside me. I couldn’t sit properly, and the vibe was ruined. My partner and her sister didn’t feel like dancing anymore.
When we asked why they moved our table, she became confrontational and even said to my wife, “Tell your foreigner he should understand us.” We were shocked. After a heated exchange, they finally moved the table back to the original position. But the damage was done.
From that moment on, we were completely ignored—no one offered service, and no one opened our beer bottles (we had to do it ourselves, one of us using his teeth). I asked for the Wi-Fi to complete a card payment, but no one understood me. I had to step outside to get a signal. A staff member outside asked why, and after I explained the situation, he said he would make it up to us the next day—but honestly, this experience was enough to make sure there won’t be a next day.
Terrible service, disrespectful attitude, and a ruined night. Never again. Also the food options need a serious overhaul, pork sisig only with fat no meat and fries taste like they use oil...

No service charge or entrance fee and open till 4am.
Random last min decision for a birthday party group to pop in here on a Saturday night so if you see my photos…it was early and also a rainy night so there wasn’t a ton of people inside but was better to show some of the space. But by the time we left it was filling in more and more.
Didn’t seem overly accessible for wheelchairs etc tho. Couple steps to main door then a good staircase to get down to bowl style dance floor area with tables and private booths. Tons of tables on lower bowl area for which in my opinion took up a good portion of the dance floor.
Staff very friendly and helpful including what seemed to be the excessive amount of bouncers, but again that’s because it wasn’t overly busy yet…But they were awesome with customer service, lighting up stairs escorting around, even photo taking, etc.
Great DJ setup also with giant screen, lighting and good quality sound. The music was great but not much going on with the screen or lights. Would of been nice for a Saturday night if there was a bit more coordination happening with it all…Lights and lasers just on a continuous loop spinning around.
I’m not a fan with smoke rooms…yuk…smell of course and biased as I don’t smoke…but they have a fairly large one to the left along the wall after you enter. Bathrooms very clean and have attendants which is always a nice touch.
Extensive menu and bottle service. Quite pricey as expected also so don’t be surprised…basic drink like a rum and coke starting about 200 and bottles upwards of 10k+. Don’t forget to tip!
Some parking out front but don’t know how it really works. I’d assume some cars and scooters could fit for sure. They have a van that does pick people up from around as they got our group from Jollibee on main road.
I don’t hit up clubs that much these days but I’d be back here to check...
