It's quite hard to find your way around the first time, especially with a stroller/wheelchair, but after some time it makes all sense with all the half etages and mini escalators. They have a huge range of fast food places and restaurants, offer Valuta Exchange and a place where you can pay (a bit to much) to keep your bags whole you stroll around in the city. They have food stores, multiple bakerys, make up, Egli, hair dressers, beer store, books, multiple clothes stores and much more. Weekly okay markeds about 30 times a year, and special events the rest of the year. The Christmas market is great, with a huge tree and lots of nice stalls. The opening hours is one of the best in Zurich, so they are open every day, but beware of a lot of people on Saturdays and Sundays, after work rush or before Christmas.
