They have a large selection, and the prices are quite reasonable for such a central location in Tokyo. I had a question about the Tax Refund process and approached the information desk, where I was assisted in a very courteous and professional manner. I even received brochures to help me further. Such excellent service!

A special thanks to the staff at the information desk. One of the employees even spoke a few words of German, which was both impressive and very endearing. I will definitely come back again. Well the sales staff is very annoying and doesn't really understand that some people need to look at things while being in peace with their own thoughts. In some stores I get "attacked" immediately so I have to leave immediately because they ruin my concentration. Besides most of them either male or female are not charming but just pestering. Very nice and clean mall. The price though... they're all expensive! Even more expensive than the duty free shops at the airport. Here is an example, I bought a Suntory Ao whiskey bottle for 5,500 yen here but when I arrived at the airport, they were selling for 4,700 yen! that's quite a difference!
