I have been going to Al wahda mall Baskin for several years. Today one of the baskin Robbins representaives, Mr. Ashfaq, was rude and not understanding while preparing my order. I asked for two small scoops in a cup and he charged me for two medium scoops. When I asked him to change and put it all in one cup, he tried to pretend like he didnt understand me. I was being served by a very rude person his name is Mohammed he was not in the mood to do his job having a mad face the worst experience I’ve had so far with BR he insisted for me to open the fazza app even if the screenshot worked and I could show him my id when I asked for his name he got scared and his friend was saying it’s the manager orders I told him okay u can call the manager then Mohammed told me that he’s the one in charge and there is no manager!! Was served by M Ashfaq…. Unhappy with the customer service, left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in queue waiting to be served, than a family came along and he served them first. Then when it was my turn he said ‘hurry up we closing soon’…. When I ordered my ice cream he didn’t offer any toppings, people like him should be working as toilet cleaners and not in a customer facing environment… Extremely rude, miserable and put me off.
