I have shopped in this store since it opened in August and have spent a considerable amount of money in that time. I will however no longer shop at this particular store. Up until now all the staff have been friendly, professional and welcoming. Today I arrived at 9am when the store should have been open but it didnât open til 9.10am which in the grand scheme of things isnât a big deal. I was greeted by the most miserable looking woman who seemed annoyed customers had dared come in at that time. We were trying to return a faulty item with a receipt which also displeased her greatly and she refused to help in any way. She was rude and argumentative, and apparently is the new store manager!
