Not nice experience at all. Anna and Lisa two employees who said they were managers were neither considerate nor helpful. We bought a bobbi brown foundation and by mistake got a wrong color. We paid and then in next 2mins realised its the wrong color. We asked them to exchange or return and they said they do not have an exchange or return policy. We tried explaining them our situation that we just bought and did not even step out of the door and want to just exchange this with a different color of the foundation but they failed to understand at all. I understand the no return and exchange policy but I also feel that the customers concern should be listen to and addressed properly. Lisa and Anna just kept on telling us their no return policy again and again and was not able to understand our situation at all. We asked them to let us talk to someone with higher authority and they said its the owner we can talk to and to come the next day for that. We just had no choice but to leave the place in vain. As per me, the products can be found anywhere, but if the customer experience is not good. Its not worth in end!!! A very sad experience. Please tell your employees to listen to the customers and help them out somehow...
Read moreI will NEVER shop here again. They are not sincere nor understanding. I bought the bb-gel moisturizer by Clinique because I was recommended that it would work with my skin tone. It's supposed to blend into my skin. And it surely did not, I looked like a ghost and obviously it is not meant for African American or anyone with melatonin. And it said it was final sale unless it was defective and it surely was defective because it only works with Caucasian people. I went back to the store to try to EXCHANGE it, did not need my money back, just needed a product that matched my skin tone. The associate that recommended it to me acted like she didn't help me THAN tried to claim she tested it on me before buying and she did not because she said it was brand new so we couldn't open it. Than the manager or store manager not sure which one but he was a manager said it's final sale unless it's defective and I told him it is defective it does not work with African Americans and I just need an exchange for someone that matches my skin tone. Read moreI used to spend tons in this store but boy has the service gone downhill. I was in the store twice this weekend, they had a sale which I have never seen from them before. I wondered why they were suddenly doing sales but didn't look a gifthorse in the mouth. Well my 2nd time in the store, about to spend more than I should on makeup, the person checking people out was unprofessionally short with everyone. She let at least 3 other people go ahead of me although she looked me in the eye and knew I was waiting. I was so fed up I left the store, while walking to my car I spotted the Bare Beauty store. I wasn't going to go in because I wasn't a huge fan of bare minerals make up but when I walled in I saw NARS and was sold. Add the fact that the staff was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful I ended up buying a ton of makeup. I'm a Sephora VIB and so spend a ton on skin care and makeup I will spend my money where my patronage is...
