Hermès — Attraction in Atlanta

I knew exactly want I wanted. I called them to make sure they had it. They did but said they would be closing at 1:00 due to the weather (it was 42 degrees and raining!!!). I told them I would be there asap and they took my name. I got there at 1:02 (due to a broken parking meter), watched them lock the door, told them through the glass who I was and who I had just spoken with. They simple said "Sorry", " Sorry", "Sorry" through the glass for 5 minutes while I explained why it was so important that I get what I needed then they walked away! One’s expectations from a luxury boutique such as Hermes is far from the actual one! Not only did we receive poor service while at the store, but we’ve also been chasing a credit that’s due because of their negligence. The shoes my wife wanted were in stock. However, the ones I chose had to be ordered. They ran my CC twice and claimed their system had an issue for the ones ordered. We were asked to monitor our CC account, so we did. Several phone calls and emails have been sent with proof of the charge for the last 3 weeks. I don’t have the shoes nor do I have my funds back! Needless to say that we’re extremely disappointed and would like our CC credited before having to go through...

I visited this location during a very busy shopping day, Mother’s Day weekend in Atlanta, so the store was JAMMED to capacity with shoppers however, even with the mass amount of people, the staff is very attentive, very personable, even when dealing with multiple people at the same time!!

I love the fact that even the manager stepped in to assist with the crowd without fuss or delay!
