I have visited Faced The Facial Studio-Buckhead Village and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how aesthetically pleasing and relaxing the environment was. The decor and ambiance immediately put me at ease.

The communication from the staff was top-notch. They were welcoming, attentive, and made sure to explain each step of the process to me, which I really appreciated. KHAILA, the esthetician who worked with me, is truly the best. They took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and explain what treatments would be most beneficial for my specific needs.

What stood out the most was how educational the session was. Khaila not only performed the treatments with great care and expertise but also taught me about my skin, what products and routines would work best for me, and why. This level of personalized care and education is something I hadn't experienced before.

KHAILA was incredibly down-to-earth and approachable. They made the entire session enjoyable and comfortable, and I felt like I was in very capable hands. After the treatment, they ensured I had all the necessary products and information to take care of my skin at home.

To top it all off, they followed up with me a few days later to check on how my skin was doing after the treatment. This level of care and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated.

First visit, I like to leave an honest review. The lady that did my facial Mia was so sweet and nice. Very attentive, she will walk you thru her steps and great recommendations on treatment plan. Job well done, I almost fell asleep!!! The studio is nice, very aesthetic and great welcoming staff. Quick to check in.

Maybe I've been to bigger studio or was expecting more but this is what I noticed:

Upon entry, the lobby was compact ( maybe because it's fast service, it's no point of sitting customers around). Also, I was not given a robe to change in (a towel was placed from neck down, I guess that compliments it).

The facial: I was expecting a lip scrub, a full face peel/jelly mask...but I was only offered one, exfoliating. Also, I wasn't offered any complimentary refreshment, maybe I didn't see it. I was expecting i would be sitting at the lobby , enjoying a small cup of drink with my robe , relaxing for a few minutes before I get my facial. Either way, the service was great. Maybe I'm expecting the extra. P.s I went in for the custom facial ..maybe I was supposed to request the extra mask and lip scrub, I also wanted a hydrafacial but it wasnt offered at the time? I thought they just do it of whats recommended since its CUSTOM , then add the total as the process goes with...

I originally came here with a friend for a girl’s day. My first thought was how cute and aesthetic this place is! Seriously, the location, the lobby-everything is so nice! After my first facial, I ended up surprising myself and purchasing the membership! I definitely did not intend on this initially. I’ve haven’t had the best experiences with facial places in the past.. always felt like the technicians were pushy with products and sneaky add on fees.. However, my experience here has truly shaped my view!!! My skin was visibly more glowy for weeks after my first treatment! I have been seeing Alexis at the Buckhead location since January and she has been nothing short of an angel to my skin! She has given me written instructions on how to properly apply my skincare at home, what to do and not to do after my facial, and recommended products from Faced and other skincare products not sold by Faced which lets me know it’s not solely about getting a sale. Not to mention every single product recommended has changed my skin for the better and I will continue to purchase!
