We called Over 20 times to get service and had to call corporate here to finally get a call. We have paid for our ice machine and they have cancelled our install twice on us. They are the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I sold all my stock with them and will never invest another dime, until they fix the problem they have in the Knoxville Market.
