FASTSIGNS of South Austin, TX — Attraction in Austin

Had a good but bad experience with this place. I ordered a couple of magnetic signs for my car and after a week one flew off. I contacted the sales rep that helped me and asked if this was normal and she quickly put the blame on me. I felt the quality was good but asked a simple question. After her rude comment she called and was VERY passive aggressive. Not really what I expected. She quickly asked if I wanted to speak to the manager but I had no reason since I did not call to complain. Just feel like being a small business in this area was not good enough for them. Maybe I did not order as much as I expected. I don't know but I just felt like after the sale was done they didn't care. I understand there is nothing they can do about a sign that's lost but a better attitude from this salesperson would've been enough for me to go back. ......one week later the salesperson called me to harass me and blame me after she read my review. She went off right after I had accepted her apology. So unprofessional and very disappointed in her behavior. I have all the emails and snap shots. This was a bad experience overall. I wish a supervisor would call to understand what their staff is doing. Again, I will be taking pics of all emails to prove the conversation and how the service rep was being unreasonable. It seems now that the owner acts the same as the customer service rep. I guess we all know that the next step is...

The shop is clean and very professional, their work is as well. I have had vinyl graphics and lettering done by them in the past and the work was solid. I do feel however that their customer service fails to meet similar expectations. Some of the workers there seam a little uptight and unnecessarily serious in addition to coming off as socially prejudice, it's a stinch that fills the air there. If you do decide to employ their services, might I recommend talking to a younger gentleman there name Tyler. Only young one in there, nice guy, and lightens up easily. I'm giving this place 3 stars because I feel they do good enough work at least for my standards but these guys could definitely work on their customer relationship game.

All I wanted was a back drop that I can take pictures with something like you'd see on the red carpet. I did also order some business cards. The backdrop itself was made out of basically a vinyl tarp material that was virtually impossible to take a picture in front of because of The shiny glare and the business cards were something that you could make at home. I just wish when I told Tyler the guy that was helping me what I wanted you could have told me maybe the material that they knew it wouldn't work out in that situation.
