High-end business hotel with friendly professional staff, clean modern rooms, spacious bathrooms, grand common areas, and a large bar/restaraunt that opens early and closes late. The hotel is in Harbor East, in a redeveloped area with cobblestone-accented traffic circles and streets, next to the nicest part of harbor. Whole neighborhood feels up-to-date, clean and safe. Small marinas dot the neighborhood , and there’s a long waterfront path extending both directions to explore, walk or run. Across from the hotel entrance is Azumi - a hip sushi place that even had a DJ (!) quietly playing cool music in the bar area. The rooms are modern and very clean, with ample ceiling height. They seem to have been completely renovated in last year or so. There are ample small adjustable sconces and tiny LED reading lamps to set to your mood. Book a city view, it's worth the extra ~$20. It's a sweeping big scale city view, and you also see a lot of the harbor from this side as well. See attached photo. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. They have large walk-in showers with heavy glass doors, modern fixtures (high on wall, and spray) good water volume/pressure (even on 26th floor) and a big grate drain so no standing water. The conveniently wall-mounted bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash all smelled really good. Front desk team are super professional: well staffed, very friendly and efficient. Shout out to Blaise! The lobby level is spacious and modern, and has a nice energy. Opening up from the lobby, there’s a modern big bar and restaraunt with large windows looking out onto harbor. The gym is being renovated this month, but they gave us a pass to a big sports club including squash courts around the corner.

Rating a 4 due to accessibility needs improvement. The elevators require a fast card swipe to access guest rooms. This does not work for individuals with dexterity challenges. Without dexterity challenges, I missed my floor more than once , sticking in an elevator to someone else's floor. The showers in accessible rooms have significant thresholds that are not wheelchair accessible. These modifications were an afterthought and not professional for any hotel, much less this high-end hotel. Our organization, UDS, does appropriate accessible modifications. This hotel did not get their money's worth for these awful, non accessible modifications. This conference was centered around accessibility and there is another one upcoming here in August - the HCBS conference. The hotel should call UDS in Lancaster PA and have these rooms truly made accessible. Our waiter was exceptional and made sure with accommodations for true allergies. The fitness center is on the 5th floor. There are two Pelton bikes and was almost always a waiting line for use in the morning hours. Suggest more. There were 5 empty stairmasters. No one was using any time I was there. The Pelton bikes have water bottle holders, which is a plus, and I don't see often. Still no place to put your own phone for your own routine or to use with facetiming your class/ instructor, which I did by using my hair bands to attach my smartphone to handlebar. They need some maintenance. The one adjustment handle is on the floor. There are towels, water dispensers, free weights, exercise balls, and more. They even had bands!

Stayed for 5 nights for business. Room was very nice but based on what happened, would probably not stay again. I specifically asked that my room be cleaned each day. I make my own bed at home daily and if I'm paying $$$ for a hotel I want THEM to make my bed. Came back from a 15-hour day to find that my room had not been cleaned. Tried to call to the front desk and got a fast busy signal. Went down to politely ask that they make note of the room cleaning. But that was just the beginning. At 2:18 AM that morning I heard a huge crash. I thought someone had broken into the room. I discovered that the sheer curtains had come crashing down! When I left the hotel at 6:30 that morning I reported it to the front desk person who said he'd get "maintenance right on it." Came back from a 16-hour day to find the room door OPEN - as in, I didn't have to use a key -- I pushed it open. I don't leave valuables in the room, but anyone could have come in. And although the room had been cleaned the curtains were still lying on the floor -- just as I had left them 16 hours before. Dirty wine glasses from days prior were still sitting there. I immediately went down to the front desk and asked for a manager. Very nice young woman but clearly had just taken Management 101 classes. Kept saying, "yes, what you're saying is..." repeating everything. Not helpful. When I checked out, the same gentleman who had taken the curtain-falling report was there and I showed him the picture of the curtains still lying there. He said, "yeah, I told my boss but he gets really busy." That's a quote! I was told by the manager that someone from "corporate" would call me. Nothing. I'm a Marriott rewards member but I'll stay at The Four Seasons next time.

We booked the 1 King Bed Large room. Our room 2843 was in the cut and super spacious. We had a corner room and it had ah-mazing panoramic views of the waterfront. The only thing missing was Baltimore's dismal skyline. The city really needs to develop better skyline views! We slept at night with lights off and the curtains open using the evening lights as our backdrop. . The bed was super comfortable. The feather pillows were softer than the foam pillows which were firmer to me. . The only cons were that the room faced the direct sun causing the room to bake if we didnt keep the blackout curtains at least partially closed during the day. Speaking of curtains, they were dusty! As I opened them all, there was dust flying everywhere. When the sun peaked through the curtains you could also see dust in the air near the curtains. . The bathroom was narrow and the shower was small. The toilet seat was the size of a toddler's potty -- it was literally that short and low to the ground. There was no soft close toilet lids so it would loudly slam against the toilet tank. . Front desk was not always immediately available when calling. I had to call about 3 times once before someone answered. I asked for 4 pillows and the clerk only requested 2 from housekeeping so the woman had to return with more. On another occasion we had to call back twice for someone to answer. . The location of the hotel was perfect. You are a stones throw away from other hotels, restaurants and activities including the Harbor. You can't beat it.

Amazing location and stunning views from the harbor! I stayed at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel from 5/21 to 5/23. I was visiting Baltimore to attend a graduation. The location of the hotel was perfect since the graduation and all the related events were happening in locations 10 to 15 minutes driving distance. We got a double queen room with harbor view. The view was stunning. These rooms are located facing west so if the weather allows it, the sunsets are beautiful to watch. The hotel is located walkable distance from several restaurants and amenities. It is really nice to walk around the Harbor Mews Waterfront Park. I was looking at some pictures from the hotel in the reviews and I am not sure if they renewed some of the rooms. The one that we got was looking brand new. We loved the distribution and the spaces. The staff was friendly and efficient. Something that at first I didn't like it, was the fact that the parking is valet only. They charge $50 which sounds a bit expensive but if you try to find somewhere else, is not that bad. With that fare, you can go in and out as much as you need. It can get hectic at specific hours but they give you a card where you can call 10 to 15 minutes ahead which it is convenient. My experience was great during this stay. I would like to come back in the future just for a weekend to chill.
