I used to love getting sweaters or sweatpants here but not anymore. Walked in with my sister and her toddler(we were holding him the entire time for (only a few minutes total) Got nothing but stare downs the entire time. Everytime I looked over one of the employees or maybe manager? Was doing the fake fold and check clothes thing while staring at us. Everywhere we went she was behind us or around the corner right where she could see us. Made me feel SO uncomfortable. I had planned on buying a new sweater and shorts for work but was a total sensory overload. We did nothing at ALL. I get it. If there's someone looking like they were about to steal. But we were discussing patterns and whatnot to actually BUY. 0/10 if I could. SO unprofessional and SOO SooOo uncomfortable. I did find something I wanted but I REFUSE to give my money where...

The manager, owner, or whatever that short, red, balding old man who stands at the front of the store with his arms crossed berating and condescending his employees with RACIST comments should be ashamed. I was absolutely shocked. If that's the way he speaks in front of customers, I cannot imagine how he speaks behind closed doors. Absolutely will not be back, and I encourage people to stay away. Diversity on Cape Cod is something to be honored and celebrated, not belittled. You, sir, are everything you wrong...

Don't come here if you want a good day. Literally every single staff member I've encountered was rude, unwelcoming, and only made me feel uncomfortable.

The only good thing was the prices but I didn't even get to shop around the store because after being there for 20 minutes, the staff just gave us dirty looks...like I get that people have bad days but kinda low to treat others rudly when they haven't even done anything.
