Mr.Frog Repair (Cell Phone, Computer) — Attraction in Bay City

I am a caregiver for a young adult with disabilities, my consumer wanted to get a new phone case at Mr Frog Repair LLC in Bay City Mi on washington ave. We entered the store, my consumer picked out a phone case and a sticker, went to the counter and said “hi, how much for a screen protector?” The man behind the counter replied “$10” my consumer says “oh, okay can you put it on for me?” Worker says “yes” consumer says “okay, wait will it ruin my phone?!” (Mind you my consumer has disabilities and little understanding of why you need a screen protector for your phone). Man behind counter replies “…..YES, IT WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE!……NO STUPID GIRL!!” I instantly turned to look at him and said “excuse me? You cant talk to your customers like that” he replied “what was i supposed to say it was a stupid question, anyway im talking to her not you, she is an adult she should know” i replied “no, now you are talking to me, you could have tried to understand why they asked that question or what they meant….you are going to get bad reviews treating your customers that way” he replied in a loud voice “ARE YOU THREATENING ME?!” I replied “no, just saying, but honestly i feel like writing a bad review at this point” he replied “FINE! (Takes all items my consumer wanted and put them behind his counter) “You are banned from my shop! My computer was broken and the hinge was detached from the computer and exposed. I took my computer in and he assured me he could fix it, it just might look "ugly" with a few exposed screws. I wasn't worried about it, as my concern was a fixed computer. He was fast and had the job done the same day within a few hours, which I'm grateful for. When picking up the computer and walked out with it though, a plastic piece from the computer fell off. I went back in and told them and they said it just snaps back on or I could use the computer with that piece off. We got it put back on, but it would 't stay and fell off again when I walked out the door. I ended up having to go home and use tape to hold it onto the computer. When I opened up the computer, another plastic piece was broken and exposed the inside of the computer. Glad my computer got fixed, but wish that I didn't have to come home and put tape all over it to keep it together. Should've fixed all the problems and pieces attached to the hinge problem, and preferably...

The only complaint I have is I think I'm still suffering from a bit of shock due to being treated so well here.. after experiencing the exact opposite elsewhere. I walked into Mr. Frogs on a busy Friday (coming from Midland) and was welcomed, assured of a fix, and invited to sit and wait and in MINUTES my cracked screen (android phone) was replaced, the ruined speaker module was identified and replaced, aaannnd.......(drumroll)........ everything was tested and confirmed (right before my very eyes and ears) working properly BEFORE I left the store. The phone operates like brand new. Your trust is valued here as evidenced by the way this gentleman and the very kind lady that works with him conduct business and strive to earn your trust despite having enough reasons (1,300+) that it probably wouldn't matter all that much if that was achieved or not.
