My Secret Garden — Attraction in Bay City

The shop itself is very cute and adorable. A bit over priced but they do offer good sales but only if your looking for that type of item. The reason for such poor review is strictly on how the owner has talked to and treated other customers and employees. She is EXTREEMLY rude and very ugly acting towards other people, I had even seen her giving children bad looks when they were not harming a thing. Don't have children items in your store of you do not want children to be curious about the toys and touch them. during this time I had also seen her talk horribly and very in welcoming to a younger gentleman about what time he was suppose to meet with the other manager. She was not correct on the time and he was, but if I was him I would of walked out after the snarky comments. Not only does she treat customers nasty she also treats her employees very horrible. I had even heard a few employees talking about how hard it is to work for her because she is so rude. If you want your store to run smoothly and welcoming you want to take care of your employees and your most importantly your customers. It truly is sad because it's a cute shop but because of the owner I will not return nor will a lot of others that I have talked about this with and they have seen the same kind of behavior. It may not affect buisness right now but I can guarantee after a while this will catch up to the store and sooner or later have a...

First time there, it was great to see such a variety of things in a store, and better yet the amount of local and items that also help others. Such as some of the good packets where the profits went to help feed homeless and stress dough that helped persons in the military with stress management. They also had a neat engraver where you could personalize items. Jewelry, clothes, toys, food packets, aroma therapy items, there is quite a bit more, but you really should check it out. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is the amount of room. They have so much merchandise when you get a lot of people in there it gets a bit hard to move around. That's really about it. Great specialty store that we visit 1x a year when we visit Frankenmuth!! Its filled to the brim with specialty items you wont find elsewhere! When we go its always jam packed with Christmas shoppers & this year they had Santa & live reindeer outside! You will always be able to find that special gift here! We also always buy they're prepackaged dips that they always have samples of!! Those make awesome gifts as well! Try the Orange cranberry ball one!! My daughter bought my hubby a Amish popcorn kit complete with special popping bowl & corn & toppings that he uses almost every night!!
