I used them a few weeks ago and soon had gel polish that was just chipping off of most of my nails. Some nails were completely breaking off and it was very odd. So I went back to let them fix it and they did without charging me. Whenever I came back for my next fill I made an appointment with Jenny, because I like her quality of work. I knew the issue previously was a fluke and probably due to the gel polish. She started my take off for about 1 minute and then sent me to Amy because someone else came in. I didn’t set up an appointment with Amy and didn’t know her work at all. Amy was very cold and seemed very unsure with her routine. She did a fairly good job but it took her awhile and she kept making me move my hands in the weirdest of ways so she could do my nails. I’ve never had anyone so inexperienced do my nails and treat me like I was so complicated before. I was so uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I then pay for my services and get charged for her cutting down my nails which I’ve never been charged for before. Normally having your nails done includes them being trimmed down. I was charged $5 extra for that. I never complain I pay and still tip her $20 cash for my nails. I will never be back and that really bothers me. You have given me extraordinary service in the past and always made me feel welcome. It was disappointing to be pushed to someone else when I scheduled an appointment and was treated so awful. I never acted out about my previous fill falling apart. I treated it like it was no big deal, but I never expected that you would be so rude and unwelcoming going forward. It was so awkward to get my nails done. NV Nails needs to be better at there customer service and remember that we could get our nails done anywhere. 90% of the salons in this area are cheaper and I knew that but I came there for the experience and I learned from this past experience that was a giant mistake. I will never go back! When I spend that kind of money I want to feel welcome, i want to relax, and I want to enjoy myself; none of which was the case this past experience. Update not even 24 hours in and my thumb has chipped completely off the edge. First 2 pictures are how ridiculous it looks and the 3rd image is how the thumb should look. Anyone who gets there nails done know this should not happen with gel especially after one day after they are done. This is insane. I don’t know what kind of cheap product they are buying but it obviously doesn’t hold up.

First, I want to say that I appreciated the friendly customer service while I was here and the fact that they were able to accommodate a mix of manis/pedis for a group of 6. I know that can be difficult and stressful for the shop. The receptionist picked out my dip powder while I waited, which apparently was not a good brand, and I wasn't told this until after the nail tech was already doing my nails. I didn't know any better with it being my first time getting dip on natural nails, and honestly, I don't get my nails done professionally on a regular basis. The nail tech was super nice and apologetic, and she tried to salvage my nails by using a different brand as the last layer on top, which changed the color from purple to red, but I didn't mind that too much. I thought everything looked fine when I left. However, the very next day, I had chips on both my right thumb and middle finger... I didn't do manual labor or anything else intense with my hands in between the time I got them done and when I noticed the chips. I've heard that dip does not usually chip this fast, and my tech told me they normally last about 2 weeks. I also do my own gel nails at home, and they never chip this quickly. The part near the cuticles also looks a little messy and the tips of a couple fingers on my left hand are already starting to wear away. It's unfortunate because I don't live in Branson and can't come back to get these fixed. Overall, I'm not completely unsatisfied with my experience, but the whole point of getting your nails done is for them to look great for at least a little while, and I didn't get past a day. :(

I never thought I’d have to write a negative review about something as special as my wedding nails, but this experience was beyond disappointing. From the moment I sat down, the technician was rude and dismissive. I had specifically picked a pink shade for my toes, but they were painted beige instead. Yes, someone else brought the wrong color—but the technician never checked with me before applying it. I couldn't even see my toes to say anything, as a large pillow was placed on my lap to soak off my previous nails, completely blocking my view. The manicure itself did not hold up at all. This photo was taken one week later, and the polish is chipped, lifting, and uneven—especially on the thumbs and tips. I had 7 nails break and chip. This never happens from any other nail salon I have been to for a dip manicure. For what was supposed to be a bridal manicure, the quality was shockingly bad. It was quite disappointing when they all broke in less than 7 days and did not hold up at all for my honeymoon. To make matters worse, the service was way too expensive for the job that was done. I pay significantly less at a much nicer, more professional salon back home in Kansas City—and I get far better results and service there. This was supposed to be a relaxing, pampering experience leading up to one of the most important days of my life, and instead, I left feeling stressed and disappointed. I absolutely would not recommend this salon, especially for brides or anyone needing nails done for a special occasion.

first of all, I just wanna say that I wanted to come in and get nails that were super fancy super pretty and made me feel super elegant. My nail tech did such a fabulous job. It took her hours to do my nails, but it was so worth the time they were pink and white hombre dip, and the lady was just so wonderful with me. She worked with me and I just kept moving. My hands, wouldn’t relax so I had to look away and just trust that she was gonna do her best and when I looked down at my hands, I felt like I was in Los Angeles or New York. I’ve had my nails done many places in Los Angeles in New York in Chicago in Florida Atlanta, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama. I’ve literally had my nails done everywhere and haven’t had them done in a long time, but I definitely love them. They are so beautiful. I wanted them done for my son‘s graduation because we rented a 15 person stretch limo and I wanted to be super fancy and boy that I feel fancy. I felt like I was the queen of the crowd thank you to my nail tech. I can’t pronounce your name it’s. Auy she just was wonderful. I posted her number below if anybody wants fabulous nails to give her a call and schedule an appointment today I will post pictures. I am literally almost 2 weeks past getting my nails done and they still look as perfect as ever. I will definitely go back and she will definitely be my nail tech forever. Thank you again so much for spending time with me taking time to do my nails so pretty and so perfect I just am in all of everything. My hands feel so glamorous. for some reason, it won’t let me post photos. I wanted to show photos of how beautiful my nails are. I’ll post a photo on my Facebook so everybody can see my name is Rhonda Lynn Cryer and I will post a post right now with my nails so anybody on the Google review can go in and look at them thank you again for all your hard work. I will definitely be back to have them filled from the same lady because she was just fabulous. Five star review doesn’t say enough. It should be a 10 star review and also thanks to the other lady, I don’t know her name, but she did my best friend‘s fee and gave her the most beautiful pedicure ever she took her time with her and chatted with her and made her feel so comfortable and warmed and loved. We will definitely be back. This is the best nail tech and nail place and spa in Branson ever thank you ladies for all of your wonderfulness, you made us feel so special. We’ll see you soon love Rhonda Cryer and Jessica Brady. We are with KPP imaging Studios and thanks ladies for making us feel fabulous. Also by the way everybody there looked fabulous all in all it was just a wonderful day. Thank you for making our Mother’s...

My family went to the salon and received 3 pedicures and two nail sets. Upon arriving at the salon, pricing was discussed with the technician and the young woman running booking. We explained that our younger children were paying for their own pedicure, so they wanted very basic our two teenage daughters wanted of acrylics and also wanted very basic services as they were paying for their own as well. Pricing for all services was discussed before sitting down and receiving any service at all. The nails were crooked. Some of them were very bulky and misshapen shellac was applied on top of acrylic two different times I had to stop the technician from applying gel to one of the children I was given a lavender pedicure, which was a $30 up charge and my polish was a $15 up charge without my knowledge.

At the time of checkout, I was informed that no credit card or debit card transactions were allowed. There is an ATM in the salon and they only accept cash. “ My assumption is that they do services incorrectly frequently and they don’t want people to dispute the transaction” also, there were no taxes applied to my receipt. I believe that they are not paying tax in.

The technician at the time of checkout told me that there are frequent up charges Without disclosure and that I should contact the owner by the name of Karen to discuss this matter.

I reached out to Karen. Karen promised that my two older girls could go in and have the nails soaked off, and they would be fully refunded upon calling her and letting her know that the girls had already gone back to Springfield that I would just go pick up the refund she told me no, that she would be reviewing the cameras and the conversations and get back with me she never did that. In fact when I called the salon to discuss the situation with the technician, they hung up on me the first time the second time they all screamed in the background no, you’re not getting a refund and cussed at me .

We were charged $277 I even Agree to take half of the refund that way my girls could go and get Them fixed for homecoming elsewhere, and I would take the hit. The owner has disregarded everything that I have said she will no longer respond to any of my messages so I plan on reporting the fact that there are no taxes being charged. I plan on reporting this to the business bureau and to our local Entities.

I feel that this is highly disrespectful and that what they’re doing to people is wrong. They’re stealing from people. I also would love to see the credentials of the technicians that are working because I don’t believe that they know what they’re doing or that they’re even licensed to do the services that...
