I am sadly disappointed with the shop due to the workerâs horrible customer service! My mother bought a top here and after 2 times wearing it the hem came unraveled, of course we came in to see if we could exchange it and the manager got extremely defensive and harsh saying it wasnât their fault and that if we didnât have a receipt she didnât think she could do anything. I understand policies and thatâs fine, but friendliness and not trying to excuse your problem away is not acceptable! I would love to support this business and love the look of the clothes, but am disappointed that a company that represents more than just clothing wouldnât be more kind and considerate to their customers! Also if Iâm not the first person saying their clothing came apart after minimal wearing than it is your problem. Hope this gets fixed!

â I'm so sorry she upset you that was not her intention. I did go back and review the tape. It does have audio recording. I do hear her giving your mother an exchange which is completely against our policy. I spoke with her about why she did this against my policy and she said your mother was very unhappy and making a scene which I can see and hear on the video above the register. The washer tearing up a garment is in no way our fault. We have sold a ton of those tops and this is a first, however the exchange was made so that's fine. Please do not bring any other product into my shop for an exchange unless the tags are still attached and its within the 14 day return period or it will not be granted. The only person I hear raising their voice is the lady trying to make an exchange. If your speaking about having a Christian example well I'm seeing some pretty strong words and actions coming from the lady making the exchange. My manager said she did misinderstand her when she said she would take her old top. She at first believed she was meaning to take both the new top and the old one. Later she understood that was not the case and it was settled. She said your mother left happy with her exchange so I do not see the purpose of your previous email. It seems your mother received an exchange and all was well she even left saying I'll be back I heard on video. If you do not like our store or the policy then maybe shop another place that will allow returns for worn and washed garments. I really don't know of many stores that will allow that especially without a tag or a receipt such as the exchange made today.

Just recently I bought over $200 worth of clothing, most being on their sport activity line skirts. So cute!! We bought five, one being a swim skirt. We tried everything on and the swim skirt lengths are very long, looked big and felt big on her. Sheâs in between sizes so we went the size smaller and it looked adorable and she said it felt better on, including the length was better too. All the skirts are amazing to wear and fit perfect. But the swim skirt ended up coming apart at the seams in one day. We bought it on Tuesday, she wore it at silver dollar city on Wednesday (my daughter and I wore the activity skirts we had no issue). I went back to see if I could exchange it that Friday before we traveled back home, but was defensively told it was my fault for buying the wrong size. Now I understand what she was saying, but I thought the tone was a little harsh. I came in nice and didnât blame anyone, just showed what happened. Of course I wasnât allowed to exchange. So please make sure you get the right size!đ We messed up and thought we did good, but we made a mistake. I wouldnât buy the swim skirt again. We really loved the other skirts and would recommend them and didnât have any issues with them at all in the size we bought. As for customer service, I am easy to work with, just a nicer tone and friendly service would have taken care of this situation better, even if I didnât get to exchange.đ I didnât argue, I was in and out in no time.    Read moreSo very disappointed in this business. I ordered a skirt online for my daughter and it was to big for her so we sent it back to Klassy Girl. I didnât hear anything from them so I checked my tracking number and it showed the package was signed for and delivered to the post office they use. Klassy girl claims they didnât receive it and without the skirt in hand they wont do anything about it. But when I called the post office they double checked and they told me that they definitely did get it. It appears that klassy girl lost my package and they refuse to work with us. They tried to say I probably didnât include the return label with the skirt but it was indeed mailed with it. I have sent another email and they wonât even respond back to me. I donât care about a refund at this point I would love just to have any amount of a store credit or something back. I spent $36 on the skirt and paid $13 to ship it back. I think since I have my order confirmation and I have a tracking number that says it was delivered to them with the post office confirming that, they should be willing to work with us and give a coupon code or something off so we can order another item.
