If you want the short version, This Company is NOT handling Covid well at all and your not getting the full experience, I wouldn't waste your money, If you want the long version, here goes.
We paid for full passes for all of our family of 6, from our Condo, which from what the website said and advertised, seemed to be a lot of fun. It Included many other activities besides the tracks themselves, including Laser Tag and Batting Cages, which for my 8 year old son sounded great. This is all advertised on their main website, in BIG colors and arrows, all greatly overshadowing the "Operating Schedule" just below these details. After reading some more about their Schedule, some of the issues could have been resolved Pre-purchase but there is some shady advertising there. After Visiting all three locations, and Realizing about 30% of what you paid for isn't open at all right now (Laser Tag, The Lumber Jack, Batting Cages in particular) You feel slightly robbed, especially if the staff doesn't notify you of this, and there are no maps or signs at the main Track 4, that say this. We found out by showing up, to locked doors, lights out, NO closed for or temporarily closed for this time period type signs, just not open. Track 3 wasn't running but on weekends, and opened after 5 pm only. (also not advertised well, staff never mentioned) So now you are down another 10-15% of your purchase again, especially if you didn't have the weekend available and your family is visiting during the week. So at this point, I feel like I got an all access pass, to 50% of the better things available. The Wild woody is your 2nd best option, and after watching a massive build up on the top floor of the track, and saying I hope that doesn't happen to us, It does, all at the bottom of a hill, into a turn and then having the same issue personally hitting someone I could NOT stop in time for and multiple people into me after. The wood was SO slick, turning felt pretty sketchy anyways, but the tires are all bald, so breaking on a hill or turning downhill is a no go. You have to drive careful on this track, every hill is either fine by yourself or a nightmare around ANYONE. We even all have to stop long before the last lap, so the employees could help push half of the carts back into the starting zone, because it was designed with a hill that was too steep for most of them to make it up, Bad track design, the whole thing has seen its better days, and needs to be touched up.
The only ride with lines that we all agreed was actually a lot of fun, was the heavy metal track, and the bars and lines are designed so close together, that everyone in line are ALL not wearing masks, and ALL right next to each other. "The 6ft rule" went out the window, the staff aren't giving Sanitizer before rides, or sanitizing the carts, handrails, steering wheels, between in any way. They aren't enforcing many of the things they quickly promised they would in their 2 minute Covid video, assuring your safety, and the staff wasn't wearing their masks really at all, even in doors, The fact that the masks help, or don't is irrelevant here, It looks like you don't care, and its a bad example for your customers to hold them to that standard and not follow through yourself. This place had some great ideas, and some of the tracks looked really cool from afar, My son loved the rookie tracks, and I'm sure before Covid, they had better luck in business, but this place it run down, poorly managed, and mostly run by what looked all like teenagers. Its a shame the Ferris Wheel was better than anything else, and I paid separate for that.....
To all these 5 star ratings, my 300 Dollars would have been better spent at Wonderworks, down the street, or The Worlds Largest Toy Museum, or several other family friendly things just around the The Track...
Read moreThis place is meh at best. We went for our sons 13th birthday party. We bought 6 unlimited ride passes and one kid pass totaling over $300. The first track we attempted to go on, one of the double seat cars was broken and the kid working the track refused to move it so the other double seaters could be accessed so our youngest could ride with his father. We asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one. My husband went inside to inquire and they stated they would call the manager. After about 15 minutes of waiting I went in to follow up. They said the manager wasn't answering. I asked if there was anyone in charge working that day. The kid said yes and I told him to go get them. After a few sighs and an eye roll he went. No manager ever showed. We ended up finding the manager ourselves. She stated after breaks were over she would help move the broken car. At this point we were tired of waiting and moved on to another park of theirs. We got to the second park and again none of the smaller children rides were working. We decided to take our youngest on the ferris wheel while the big kids rode more go carts. Found out that the ferris wheel cost extra, which was not made clear when the almost $50 passes were originally purchased. Also the attendant at the window wasn't completely sure on pricing and had to continually radio for help with questions. So we paid another $30 to ride the ferris wheel. We went into the arcade purchased a few cards for games. Noticed later in our bank account we were charged a $1 every time we loaded our cards. Overall the staff is mainly kids with no customer service skills, only half the rides work and they are not clear or upfront...
Read moreWe started the day at one of the tracks & decided to buy the multi park pass for $49.99 each. We were told the park we were at was the only one open that morning & that the Ferris wheel opened at noon & the other park 5-10pm. It sounded like a good deal to do the multiple go cart tracks & the other place even had putt putt! Imagine our surprise when we went to the other park that evening & it was not open. Google & their website said it was open, but it was not open. We drive back to the original one & was just told the other location wasnât open. No explanation. Because we had ridden 3 things there for the day, he was only going to give a $50 refund or we could have passes for the following day for both parks. We decided to give it another shot the next day. Then we also found out the Ferris wheel is NOT included in the price!
Next dayâwe arrive at the other location at 6:45pm & told theyâre closing at 7pm instead of the 10pm we were told & posted on Google & their website.
Nothing can be done for us except to keep up with 3 tiny rain check tickets until we come back to Branson some day. Iâm sure they had reasons for closing & not opening both locations. However, that does not help people decide when to come to your facility. We should have just stuck with 1 round of go carts each....
