Lovely Antique store! Very good for browsing the shelves for vintage teacups, books, tools, bottles, figurines, memorabilia and so much more! I've purchased some old doilies and earrings, but you can find pretty much anything in there.
If you are looking for specific items/ collectable items, they might be difficult to find on your own. But! The sweet ladies and people at the front desk who run the store know exactly what they are doing. They have a system and it works for them.
The store is located inside a business plaza, but is easy to find with good sinage and an entrance from the street. There are no restrooms inside Avalon, but there are some upstairs in a long hallway. Very very difficult to find, and the elevator is kinda sketchy.
As for the way things are priced and organized... it is a bit confusing. So don't quote me on this, but I THINK the items are organized by different vendors (e.g. this shelf has items being sold by vendor #1. And this display case has items from vendor #5 etc...). That is why it's difficult to find specific items because you can't just go look at the "kitchen wares section", or the "furniture section". An upside to this, is that every vendor prices their items differently. So let's say you're looking for a Tiffany lamp. Vendor #1 has a Tiffany lamp that's $200. But vendor #5 also has a Tiffany lamp, but it's only $75. So it all depends.
