Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and shockingly rudeāavoid Caldwell Floral at all costs.
I placed an order on January 28th for two Valentineās bouquets to be delivered to the same address in Homedale. As a longtime customer, I inquired about using my existing account, as I had done in the past, and was assured by the staff that it would not be a problem. I explicitly confirmed with them that I would pay the account off on February 21st, and they agreed. I have a receipt to prove this transaction took place.
Fast forward to February 13th, and suddenly, Caldwell Floral decides to rewrite history and deny that our agreement ever existed. They claimed I never placed the order, never discussed payment, and conveniently "forgot" that they had already taken my new address and card number. They cited an old late payment (which was paid in full) as a reason to suddenly refuse creditādespite agreeing to it weeks earlier.
Even worse? When I called back to resolve the issue, I was hung up on twice. The shop owner, instead of handling the situation professionally, cancelled my order outright, blocked my number, and smugly stated that they were "exercising their right to refuse service." So, not only did they blatantly break an agreement, but they also refused to even have a civil discussion about it.
What makes this situation even more infuriating is that Caldwell Floral used to provide exceptional service. In the past, they were reliable, accommodating, and their floral arrangements were always stunning. I trusted them for special occasions, and they delivered beautifully every time. Thatās why this experience is so upsettingāitās a complete betrayal of the professionalism and customer care they once had.
This isnāt just bad businessāitās deceptive and mean-spirited. Imagine counting on them for a special occasion, only to have them ghost your order and slam the door in your face at the last minute.

They talked to us like we were stupid when we asked about an added item that was missing on our order and when trying to get a delivery time for flowers.
I highly recommend you DONT book them for your wedding, not to mention my fiancƩ boutonniere broke apart in 5 minutes and all the bouquets had dead petal and THORNS ON THE HANDLES!!!
For spending hundreds of dollars to them in full they sure didn't seen to care about us supporting their business.
*further edit after the owners comments- the Initial sit down was fine but whoever was working the front hardly acknowledged me when I walked in and I had 2 horrible phone call with this location and my fiance also had one. For example when I called about a delivery time frame I was told in a rude tone "what is that" when I told them my venue location and "there is other deliveries we besides just you", not once did they ask my name to confirm my order.
In addition when fiance called they were extremely rude over the phone and argued that we did not have an extra item when he had the email communication right in front of him that we added another item. Another time I called I was told I couldn't pay for the additional item because the wedding person was not in, I was shocked they couldn't take a $10 payment without the "wedding person".

She recommended a couple of different arrangements with pink and purple flowers that I knew Paisley would enjoy. She ended up combining flowers from a couple arrangements to make the perfect arrangement. I also ordered a teddy bear and Rochelle was very helpful in helping me decide which one to pick. I got a voicemail on Valentineās Day from Hunter letting me know that he had just delivered the flowers. And then I received an email from Robynn with a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. it was perfect! Every part of my experience, working with Caldwel Floral was first class, and I will definitely use them again!šš
I had such a great experience working with Caldwell Floral for Valentineās Day that I reached out to them to send flowers to my wife for her birthday today. Once again, I spoke with Rochelle over the phone and she was extremely helpful. I told her a couple of arrangements that I liked on their website and she came up with a combination of the two that was absolutely beautiful.
