Guys what an experience I had on Friday October 17th at 11:58 am I went in planning on watching a movie but before going to the desk to buy my ticket I need to use the restroom really really bad. I entered in to the family restaurant they have as soon as you enter to the left I went in to the first room to the left sat down and used the restroom. Now here is where the bad news comes in folks the toilet was out of paper how devastating both rolls have been used up and I am stuck there no way of cleaning myself so what do I do I ask myself. That when I decide to call the place but there is another problem you call their number for the theatre and It send you straight to voicemail. What in the world is that I called 3 times and nothing straight to voicemail ladies and gentlemen I am shocked I am officially shocked what do I do. Well since there is no other way in getting in contact with this establishment the next best is to pull up my pants and try and sneak to the other stall how embarrassing this situation I have to pull my pants up with waste in between me and sneak to the other family restrooms. Thanks goodness the employees actually did there job in the other restroom and I had paper to clean myself. To say not the least I am not impressed with this I am ashamed of what has happened to me and I don’t think I can’t ever erase this horrifying experience from this place and I do not know if I could ever go back because of how traumatic this experience was thank you for reading my review. DO BETTER LUXE REEL...
Read moreGreat time here on our first visit. Got the reclining seats, because well, duh! They were awesome! I imagine lots of reviews complain about lack of parking, sure it's not the greatest but so is about 80% of the rest of downtown Caldwell or most downtown's in general. They even play on that with a funny preview/infomercial showing you where extra parking is located. The establishment was well kept, we purchased tickets online, which was great being able to choose your own seats, however there is no kiosk for quick check in like other places, so you still have to stand in the line and wait it out, no biggie. Looks to be an arcade with a few games for kids, some form of meeting conference room deal, maybe for parties, not sure.
The pros: Reclining seats with foot rests (I'm pretty sure if my wife had a blanket she would have dozed off haha they were comfy) Nice rotating food trays on the seats Online reservations They have a refreshment refill station on the side of the food counter which is great for fast drink top offs etc..
The cons: Parking of course No kiosk for those who bought online Food choices. With the super nice seats and food trays you would assume they would have something to offer slightly above standard movie theater grub. Doesnt have to be village cinema style with burgers and pastas, but hey, you got em might as well use them and make more money right :)
Anytime we are interested in seeing a movie and in the area, we will definently be back, great value add for city...
Read moreWe went to the movies on 6/24/18 and couldn't order our tickets via the internet, it seems it wasn't working for a lady we talked to in line who had the same issue. Nobody was working the entrance ticket area and so we were told to stand in line at the concession stand to buy our tickets which took about 32 min to get since they had only 3 ppl working at not only selling food but also tickets for selected reclining seats. We wanted to sit in the middle reclining seats & were told the whole theater was almost booked up in theater 2 for the 2:10pm Oceans 8. Ha! What a joke, as we finally got settled and counted only 7 of us in the whole theater. I guess you must've had a problem with the reservation system??? The girl at the counter was rude & and I told her I was not happy with the lack of customer care as I witnessed her and the other workers being rude to a few families with children wanting to get not only tickets but also food for their kiddos. Parking is not great and I hope they can get a parking area set up soon as it's illegal to park over at the post office when it's open as the spaces are used for postal customers only. Over all it's a beautiful theater and the reclining seats are very nice especially for handicap people like myself. But PLEASE train your people to be courteous & to work 'ticket only lines' so we don't miss the beginning of the next...
