Carlsbad Premium Outlets — Attraction in Carlsbad

Heather and Emily, staff at Michael Kors were extraordinarily helpful and made the experience for the exchange students visiting from China feel welcomed & took the extra time to help them pick out the perfect gift for their parents back home who are celebrating Chinese Lunar New Year. This was especially hard to be away from them and this really made them feel cared for and special. They also helped me pick out a gift for my best friend who just had a birthday. The sales prices were definitely worth the trip and they have smart watches with the ability to scan a code for a China compatible android device. The Nike store was worth mentioning as well. We were able to get an entire athletic outfit for under $40.00. The staff was also respectful and was attentive. We also went to Kate Spade and the sales prices were amazing. The best by far and the products are high quality. They seemed a bit understaffed though for the volume of visitors though. The staff did a great job handling the rush. Very impressive experience. I especially like that this outlet center has designated parking for veterans...so, I was able to find nice parking without the hassle or worry of an acceptable and accessible spot. They do honor military with a discount although not every store honors it. I’ve learned that in passing. Overall I give this experience a 8/10 and 5 stars for today’s visit. OMG, Carlsbad Outlet Mall is like a shopaholic's dream come true! It's got everything you need to indulge in some serious retail therapy. From designer brands to bargain deals, you can find it all at this shopping mecca.

The best part about this mall is that it's not just about shopping.

The mall itself is spacious and well laid out, making it easy to navigate and find the stores you're looking for. The mall is beautifully landscaped and has plenty of seating areas throughout, making it a comfortable and inviting place to spend an afternoon.

One of the things I appreciated most about the Carlsbad outlet mall was the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. The bathrooms were spotless, and every store I visited was well-maintained and organized. The staff was also uniformly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Overall, I can't recommend the Carlsbad outlet mall enough. From the fantastic selection of stores to the comfortable and clean environment, everything about this mall is top-notch. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is definitely a destination worth...

This review is particularly about the Hugo Boss store at this location. I came in with my little one intending to look at the outerwear on display for my husband. As soon as I entered, I heard a voice of disgust saying "no, no, no, no..." on my side. Looking up I saw an associate shaking his head at me like a teacher disapproving a student. When I asked what's wrong, he motioned to the cup of water on my hand and said "sorry guys, no drinks in store". There was no clear visible sign in front or inside the store. My cup had a lid and I wasn't drinking from it. If he had just walked up to me and nicely let me know they don't allow drinks in the store, I would be more than happy to walk out to discard the drink then come back in. The no-drink policy wasn't the issue. The issue was the associate's attitude. I'm going to check if other customers experience the same. If so, this maybe a brand thing and I would have no problem dropping such a brand from our go-to shopping...
