Hey y'all, it's been a while since my last posting. So, today, I decided to go to Southpark Mall & do some self care. I walked inside of Dillard's, wanting a new bottle of perfume. So, I was sampling a few of the bottles. One definitely grabbed my attention & I was so attached because the fragrance is a beautifully heaven scent. Ladies, if you haven't tried it... It's called "Alien," aka Goddess by MUGLER. You will fall in love with this bottle. It's perfect blend of vanilla & Jasmine scent and other oils. asked for an actual perfume and lotion set, but they sold the last one moments before I walked in. So, the sales associate did everything in her power to find what I wanted, but it was confirmed that they were completely sold out of the sets. So, I asked for a small bottle. She told me the small one was $69. I was satisfied & she also found a travel size perfume lotion, with a travel bag and added in and created a small gift box for me. She definitely went over and beyond with creating a beautiful experience and was awesome with her customer service. She also gave me a few samples as complimentary to my purchase. My total came $95.46. I was satisfied and decided to look around a little bit more before leaving the store. As I was reaching upon exiting, it was brought to my attention that I had the wrong fragrance that I picked out and that the bottle was only one size, which was actually $150. She apologized for the mix-up, but I also didn't want her to lose her job for being $80 short on the wrong size product. I chose to pay the difference because I really love the perfume. She upgraded the service with another complimentary travel size perfume bottle of the exact brand ( pictures are added), along with a few more samples. I'm really happy with how attentive, polite, and professional everyone was. Ladies... this...
Read moreI recently visited SouthPark Mall in Charlotte and had an overall positive experience, deserving a solid four-star rating. The mall, located in a prime area, offers a blend of upscale and everyday shopping options, catering to a wide range of tastes and budgets. From high-end retailers like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus to popular brands like Apple, H&M, and Sephora, there's something for everyone.
One of the highlights of my visit was the spacious and well-maintained environment. The mall is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, with clear signage and wide walkways that prevent overcrowding. The ambiance is inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend an afternoon shopping or simply browsing.
The food court and dining options are another strong point. There is a diverse selection of eateries, ranging from quick bites to sit-down restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for a gourmet meal or just a snack, you’re likely to find something that satisfies your cravings. I particularly enjoyed my meal at the Cheesecake Factory, which offered a wide variety of dishes and excellent service.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating. Parking can be challenging during peak hours, and finding a spot close to the entrances might require some patience. Additionally, while the mall offers a great variety of stores, some sections can feel a bit crowded, especially on weekends.
Overall, SouthPark Mall is a fantastic shopping destination in Charlotte. It combines a high-end feel with practical shopping needs, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors. With a few improvements, it could easily earn a...
Read moreWe had 5:30 reservations, arrived at 5:35 and were seated immediately. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there was no soap in either dispenser. After notifying staff, I waited about 10 minutes for the dispensers to be filled. At approximately 5:50, we ordered our drinks and meals respectively. The drinks came quickly and I requested a straw. After 15 minutes I made a second request as I had not yet received a straw. I received one a couple of minutes later. By 6:20, everyone received their food except for me. At 6:50, our waitress came to the table and asked, how was everything? I informed her that I never received my meal. She went to check with the kitchen and immediately came back and asked me if I still wanted my meal. After a 40 minute drive and being at the restaurant for an hour and 15 minutes, or course I wanted to eat. I was informed that the manager would come to speak with me. He arrived in a couple of minutes, and informed me, there was a miscommunication between the wait staff and the kitchen staff, but they would immediately prepare my food, and comp us a couple of appetizers. My food finally arrived at 7:20pm. The food was good, however, I believe if I were the waiter, I would notice that the only man in the party, on Father's Day did not have food, while everyone else did. I received an apology, and a Father's Day card with a $20.00 gift card, which I likely will not use. This restaurant is too far from my home to risk subjecting myself to this type of...
