Hershey Super Sweet Adventure — Attraction in Chicago

Yes, this place is a bit overpriced—but it's also super cute and cozy. While there aren’t many chocolates available, there are plenty of Jolly Ranchers you can grab. I still gave it 5 stars because the staff were absolutely amazing—truly better than other places like the Museum of Ice Cream for example. Those places are nice, but the team at Hershey? Next-level. I honestly don’t have the words to express how incredible they made our visit.

My little one was feeling a bit bored at one point, but one of the staff noticed and went out of their way to engage with her and lift her spirits. That kind of attention means everything. AMAZING EMPLOYEES—seriously, I hope they’re getting paid well for the outstanding work they do.

Funny enough, after our visit, I saw an ad with a photo of the same gentleman who made our experience so special, I don’t know his name, but he stood out as the kindest, most patient person, creative, funny, respectful; I’m so grateful for that, for okay with kids I gave him 10 thousand stars for that wonderful job! He was the person who engaged with my kid when she was bored. YOU ARE EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL

We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you all for the exceptional treatment and experience. Today I realized that it’s not just about the place or the price—it’s the people and the environment they create that truly make the difference. Thank you gentlemen who was sweeping making funny conversations with my kid and my family, thank lady at the Hershey coloring station for gave many pages for coloring with not long faces and attitude (even knowing that the place was about to close), thank you gentleman who at the end proved the prizes.

I would’ve rated the experience 3 stars for the value, but the staff really made the difference. They were high energy, engaging, and inclusive even at the end of the night (we went at 6:50 pm). When they noticed my toddler son was getting a little overwhelmed with the stranger energy, they dialed it down and he had a lot of fun.

Even with the memorial day coupon code (20% off), I felt it was pretty expensive. Unfortunately I was comparing it to the Museum of Ice Cream, which had a lot more experiences and edible sweets. A place that left me speechless. We purchased tickets in advanced and made a point to visit right before the holidays. They would not let us in because we did not have any children. They said "they changed their policy." Never once was this communicated ahead of time. It wasn't crowded or busy... there should have been no reason we could not enter. They gave me a card to request a refund for the pre-purchased tickets. All the employees we communicated with were rude and arrogant. I'm literally avoiding Hershey's products after dealing...
